This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Love the room and the power. Hate the bouncy, bumpy ride. With no drink holders.seatbelts for the very back seat would tighten scary tight around a small child.

I still drive this vehicle with 245,000 miles. I purchased it new in 2014. It was the perfect vehicle up to 150,000 miles. I only did maintenance, & changed tires, battery, etc. After that everything electrical started to go. Transmission was replaced at about 240,000 miles. Now I’m getting an oil leak fixed from wear & tear. I would recommend keeping this vehicle up to 150,000 miles. Though the repairs are still less expensive than a car payment, I wouldn’t buy another with high mileage.

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

We found a great deal on an off-lease CPO Kia Telluride at Liberty Kia through cars.com. We made initial contact with the dealership late at night and wanted to come by the next morning to look at the vehicle. We were on our way to the dealership before we were contacted to setup an appointment. No worries, Tony our salesperson was still welcoming and considerate eventhough we missed making an appointment and eventhough he was working with another customer. After a few minutes we were shown the vehicle. It was in beautiful condition. Took it for a test drive and loved it. Discussed price briefly with Tony and made the deal. The sale price and other fees were all detailed on their website and was what was expected. No extras. No 10 trips to the manager. No BS. Just nice and easy. We made the deal but we needed to come back later to complete the transaction and work through financing. Tony made arrangements to have us picked up at the nearby train station for the vehicle pickup. Bernadette in financing made the financing process quick, easy and reasonable. No BS there either. Never felt like we were waiting around. I've leased or purchased about 20 cars and this transaction is among the best I've experienced. This is the 3rd time We've owned a Kia Sedona. I love that the back seats fold into the floor. It's so roomy. It's perfect for me hauling kids or a ton of comic books when I buy a collection. This one I bought only had 9k miles on it.

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

I bought 2 cars in late December, 2015. There was also a trade-in on one of the purchases. In both instances, and on all accounts, including maintenance service since then, I would highly recommend D&P. Phil is an excellent individual to interact with, as well as all the staff. Nothing is complete unless Phil agrees, and his method and mode of business are excellent. His philosophy of selling cars in based on total satisfaction. Everything is performed on a car for sale with the idea that the buyer will not have unexpected necessities for at least a year, or more on very low mileage cars. I recommend D&P without qualification.
