Love the heated front seats. Do not like access to rear seats past seats at doors. Has great pick up. Drives thru anything. Quiet. Great sound system. Cools and Heats entire van. Large windshield must have sunscreen or summers heat blisters interior.. A/C works great

The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Zack (owner/sales mgr) is easy to deal with. Zero pressure and easy to talk to. Found the car I needed here and the whole transaction concluded well within 1hr of me arriving at the store. The lot seems to have a wide selection of import vehicles to choose from. I would definitely return for my next vehicle purchase, even-though it is a bit of a drive from my home.

it was nice joyable but 2008 is better and it has a spear tire and was very nice i rate it 8/10 that better then nothing.

We purchased a Honda Odyssey from this place and I will say it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was extremely nice. Our 4 year old daughter was not feeling well at all that day and she just wanted to go home. Brendan was the one who did our paper work and he was very quick with everything. After a few minutes our daughter got sick in the van and he was nice as could be about it. He helped us by getting paper towels. He made what turned into a stressful situation much less stressful and was very, very nice!! Will definitely be going back when we are in the market again for another vehicle!!

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

This Truck met all of my needs, great for traveling, lots of space in the extended cab, comfortable all around, drives smooth, 6 seater which was great for my family. Sits up high to be able to see all around me.

On August 8, I had tire and alignment services done. I was treated well by Lacy Sanker. She was polite and knowledgeable. She also made sure that I could use my coupons.

The ride is smooth and is specifically made to be a family car. The only issue is it’s slow 0-60 second acceleration at about 8.3 seconds but that’s not really what the car was made for, just wish it could go a little quicker. Compared this with the Toyota Sienna is that the Sienna is slightly a bit quicker. However, the Odyssey has way better styling and in my personal opinion one of the nicest minivans you could get back in the 2010s.

Yes, incredible. It is not often I experience something incredible. I did at Don Wood CDJR. In fact, my fist experience in October was such a positive experience I was motivated to purchase a second car from them a few months later. For me, customer service is the support you offer your customers before, during and after they buy. BEFORE: Their website is easy to maneuver and up to date with inventory. This is a little lol because I didn't find what I wanted in their inventory and decided to make a custom order from them. DURING: While at the dealership everyone I encountered made my time there an easy and enjoyable experience. I'd describe them as professional and knowledgeable. Good listeners. AFTER: Many companies forget you, not the peeps at Don Wood. The followup care and support continued in a way that made me an absolute believer that their culture in wanting a happy customer is truly far reaching and genuine. They reached out to me just to make sure I didn't have any post purchase questions about the car or they many options I ordered with my new vehicle. I have not had dealings with their Service Department, however, I did pass a couple technicians in the halls etc. Each one made eye contact with me and each one said "hello". Unhappy or disgruntled associates do not do this. In summary, Yes Yes and YES - I drove from New Albany to buy my 2 vehicles here. My first was a Jeep in November and today a RAM 1500 diesel. This is my fifth Mopar van, three Town & Country models, two Dodge Grand Caravans. When it comes to vans, there are none made better than Chrysler's T&C and the Caravan. My first, a 99 Caravan, went 300,000 miles before having a transmission issue but the motor still ran flawlessly. My 2014 T&C gets a solid 27.8 mpg on the trips we have taken and no other issues have ever interrupted our travels. If I was a millionaire I would have an entire fleet of T&Cs, in every color available. I'd make sure all my friends had one and maybe my enemies too! Why they discontinued such a great model is just baffling!

As soon as you walk in the door everyone was very friendly and helpful. The guys went out of their way to assist me with my purchase, even stayed late to complete the transaction.

This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.

I drove from Los Angeles to Florida 4 times with 145K on the clock, no issues gas not bad on eco on freeway, fold down seats are a dream when you purchase some furniture and the ability to go camping with the seats down was great. Kept a mattress in the back if on a long trip I wanted to take a nap at the rest stop. A vehicle i though I would never own turns out to be the most practical I ever owned.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

2009 Odyssey EX. Bought used with 193k miles. Couldn't be more reliable. Great design inside and out. Excellent structural integrity. Everything works. Built solid. Hauls xxx. I average 23 mpg overall with the 244 HP 3.5 V6.

I purchaes this van because the seats came out in the rear. I used it to drive across the US and camp out every now and then. I put plastic cantainers in the whoes where the rear seats were so the back of the van was flat ready for a full size mattress and camping gear . I put 20K miles on it with no issues. After the trip I put the rear seats back in. Very comfortable tide.

When I decided I wanted a minivan I knew I wanted a Honda. Its spacious, comfortable, has plenty of options and runs great. My only complaint is the gas mileage.

This vehicle has been a great resource for a long time, lasted about 10-11 years, or longer than that. We had some issuues with the extieror body but yeah.

Arrived on time to have my SUV serviced. It was there for an oil changed, all of the other items that needed checked when taking a SUV in for service and tires rotated. It was finished in a timely manner. The service man came in to say everything was in good order, the SUV was washed while it was there. He gave me the bill and I paid it. He also told me where the SUV was parked and I left.

This van met all my needs. It’s very roomy and has legroom. Very helpful for my elderly parents to go in and out. By far best value for my money.
