This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

The service at Ray Brandt Toyota in Metairie has been amazing. I began doing business with Toyota in Metairie in 2011. At the time I was 28 and had been through more cars than I can count just out of boredom. So in 2011, I leased a 2011 Camry. I was shocked to know that for 2 years I wouldn't have to pay for oil changes and routine services on my car. My visits for service were nothing less of satisfactory. In 2013, I received a call from the dealership asking if I would be willing to trade in my car since I had less than 12,000 miles in almost 2 years. So I accepted and leased another Camry. Again service was great. Now to the really good part...recently I decided to trade my car in this time to purchase a 2016 pearl white Camry. My salesman was Jason Pastor. He spent the entire day making sure I found the right car. I kept apologizing to him for taking up his time since I couldn't decide on the car. I was torn between leasing and buying. Jason must have shown me 10 cars before I made my decision. At no point did he seem annoyed. He took his time and never pushed me into something I wasn't comfortable in. When I finally decided on the Pearl white Camry with black interior it was not in stock at the dealership but was available in MS. The next day my car was transported to the dealership in Metairie. I also told Jason I wanted the windows tinted, so once the car arrived Jason personally brought my car to the shop for tint. Days later I called Jason about LED's for my headlights. He made a call, had them ordered and a few days later I brought my car to Jason who then brought my car to have them installed while I waited at the dealership for only 30 minutes. Followed with a car wash. I really felt like I was getting the VIP treatment. Jason was amazing and I would recommend him and the entire staff at Ray Brandt to someone looking to purchase/lease.

Sales guy Jhon was very enthusiastic and helped us buy the car we wanted. He also helped us with all the procedures and secured a good price. Thank you. The accountant was also very good and patiently helped us organize our cash. As we decided to buy a car in full, we provided a lot of small denomination banknotes. She patiently answered my questions and helped us count the banknotes. Thank you.

Mr. Steve in service is AWESOME. I was really feeling disgusted because of a previous situation with another. Pulled and once Mr Steve saw me He began to prepare for Me. I didn't know what He was doing at first. He is so Happy a wonderful and joyful spirit. Sometimes you can tell when a person is pretending, but Mr Steve is so genuine. Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

I bought a 2011 Camaro SS from here Sept 2022, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. As a younger man (22 years old) I usually don’t get treated with as much respect and courtesy as older gentlemen do. I used this van to commute 80 miles to work. Very reliable. Just replaced tires as needed. Very comfortable van to drive. Stow-n-Go seats makes it easy to haul large items.

Great vehicle! Gas mileage is amazing for an 8 passenger vehicle, love the cool box, love the blind spot camera, and the ride is very smooth. It's very safe too. When I was in a bad accident in my 2016 Odyssey my children and I came out with only two of us having minir injuries. Definitely recommend this van!

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I purchased the limited version. I am really happy with how it looks and performs so far. Plenty of room and no more arguments between children. They all have their own space. Took it on a long vacation and it performed great! With all the room and all the hooks up for all the kid’s devices it was great. Even has a hook up so our cooler ran all the time. No need to worry about it loosing power when the car was not running. I love my car, best car so far. I never considered myself a minivan person till now! The kids enjoy going on road trips now. The third roll setting is a game changer! All the grandkids fight for that setting. I have to agree it is pretty darn comfortable I would say it’s worth the price.

I contacted Honda of Harvey, December 31, 2024. Ms Arias was very courteous and professional over the telephone and in person. Like some people, I do not like buying a vehicle. It can be very stressful. However, my experience was very pleasant with Ms. Arias taking the lead in assisting me.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

great customer service but he did not have any maintenance records for the vehicle. That was the deal breaker for me.

Having problems with the driver side, side door and rear door. Rear door is coming down when you are still standing under it. Side door won't close,or unlock properly.
