Went through the Quick Lane and had my oil changed. I didn't have an appointment but they still serviced my car. The guy at the desk was very courteous and showed me where I could sit and wait. I was in and out in just under an hour.

Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

I purchaes this van because the seats came out in the rear. I used it to drive across the US and camp out every now and then. I put plastic cantainers in the whoes where the rear seats were so the back of the van was flat ready for a full size mattress and camping gear . I put 20K miles on it with no issues. After the trip I put the rear seats back in. Very comfortable tide.

This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

After months of research, I recently purchased a vehicle from Honda of Tiffany Springs, which comes highly recommended by my acquaintances in the car business. Sales & Leasing Specialist Paul Meeks readily answered my many questions over the course of several weeks. Having made my last new car purchase more than 40 years ago, Mr. Meeks' calm demeanor gave me much-needed peace of mind. Kudos to Internet Manager Deana Tasoulas, who initially responded to my online query, as well as Finance Manager Anthony Cecena, who talked me through multiple documents. Topher McNeil did a wonderful job of walking me through the many technological aspects of my 2025 Honda HR-V EX-L, which, I might add, is Nordic Forest Pearl, not green. 🥳 I have joked this may be my last car purchase. I took my Honda Civic here to sell. Mike gave me an honest price for it and I also had a fender repaired by them on my girlfriend's car. They did a good job for a fair price. I would recommend these guys if you are buying or selling a car. Friendly and honest.

Outstanding Van. We bought this van brand new and just passed 250K miles. Same motor and transmission. I've replaced radiator at 230K miles and alternator at 200K miles. Everything else was routine maint. I will keep driving it until it dies.

I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was exactly as advertised. It was what I needed and they were very helpful though out the process. We have had 2002, 2004, and now have 2010 and 2020 Odyssey vans.The Odyssey is extremely reliable. With proper maintenance will last in excess of 200,000 miles. We sold the 2004 at 230,000+ miles, and it was still running great. The 2010 we have is approaching 170,000 miles. We are two 80-year-olds; we just like having plenty of space to carry things.

I had a very good car buying experience at Cars For You. I saw a truck in line and went to look at it. Pat came out and greeted me. He seemed very friendly. I asked if I could drive the truck. He immediately said yes, took a copy of my license, and handed me the key. He allowed me to drive the truck alone. He said that he did not have to ride along. There was no pressure, no attempt to update me to a more expensive vehicle. He did not seem shady or slimy like the stereotypical "used car salesman". The 3.3 liter V6 is under powered especially if you carry six passengers. Had to replace a catalytic converter at 132,000 miles code po420 bank 2. a disappointment. The engine is basically a Camry engine. Toyota should of put a larger displacement engine in this van.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

I was surprised how quickly we received our new truck. Backorders were taking a while so was very pleased at the speed to get it. Paperwork signing was dealt with quickly. I was very impressed at the trade-in offer. Our family's third vehicle purchased at Roberts Chevrolet.

Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

The service team at this dealership is great! They communicate well and are very knowledgeable. Definitely will be going back to this dealership when I buy my next car.

I have driven this vehicle for 16 years and made 15 round trips to Miami Beach Florida From Chicago Illinois (snow bird) along with moderate daily driving. Performing basic maintenance mostly through a Toyota dealer. Relatively low mileage of 82,000 miles with only one minor incident. Before that I’ve driven dodge caravan unreliably. This is a fantastic vehicle. We liked it so much we bought a 2020 model and continue to drive the 2005. In many ways I prefer the 2005 or the newer version. Of course time will tell how the 2005 holds up.
