I am writing ANOTHER review for Trend Auto since I continue to use them for maintenance issues regarding my used Toyota Sienna that I purchased from them years ago. I have had several issues pop up through the years regarding my van and not only have they resolved each and every problem, they did so in a very reasonably priced and expedient manner. I cannot say enough good things about Trend Auto. I would not even consider going elsewhere. I trust these guys 100% and KEVIN IS FABULOUS! He is honest, fair and trust worthy. They all are an absolute pleasure to work with as I have never had one negative interaction with anyone there. In the past, I have bought many vehicles from various dealerships and I can tell you that Trend Auto is the best!!! I cannot recommend their top notch service highly enough. I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Found a specific SUV I wanted and found it at Auto World. Sent in a inquiry if it was still available. Mike called back and we discussed the truck. Made plans to come and review it. A few phone calls later I made the 300 mile drive with my trade. Came through a couple of snow storms RT 90 and 81. Met Mike and Bill and within a 1/2 hour had the deal done a paperwork going. Gassed up and headed to the Great White North. Again RT81 was it nice, 7 hours later I was back in Western NY. Experience was great, fair negotiations. The entire staff was very helpful. Highly recommend Auto World. Thank you all.

I've had a 2007 Caravan that I drove for 7 years then sold still running well. Then bought a 2009 Grand Caravan that had a couple of minor electrical issues and sold it still running 2 years ago. Just bought another Grand Caravan (a 2014) and I'm hoping to get as much out of it as the others. Cargo space : Awesome, you can get 4x8 sheets of plywood in the back with the Stow N Go down and unlike a pick up your load stays dry. Not super but not bad on fuel. A Fairly comfy ride for around town and on trips but it's build more for family to-and-fros. I hear some folks complaining about transmissions but if you follow the recommended trans fluid and filter changes and don't try to haul anything too heavy you should be ok. I've never had an issue with any CG trans. If you're buying used and want to be sure - avoid any with hitches already on them or obviously had them on at some point. Bottom line for me - great vehicle, fits a tight budget, lasts without constant repairs, very utilitarian, useful investment. Too bad they don't make them anymore.

We had a transmission on the fritz and almost got stranded on Sunday, contacted 512 Auto Sales and had a new car reserved on Monday. We found this dealership on Cars.com as I was searching for a good used car with lots of life left. This isn’t a great time to buy a vehicle with the crazy inflation and supply chain issues, so trying to find a reliable car at a fair price can be difficult. Mark, the owner, was very honest, friendly, knew his cars inside and out, and didn’t pressure my wife and I to purchase from him at all. He was very responsive when I had questions while we were arranging financing and insurance. He and his daughter walked us through the buying process and it felt so quick and easy. We were in and out within an hour. If you are in the market for a used car and don’t want to deal with a big name dealer and pushy salesmen, this is the place for you! This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

The Sienna is a great vehicle for trips. Hauls people and everything in comfort. Has lots of safety features and is very reliable. Better looking than the new Toyota models.

The guys at WOW Auto really went out of their way to make this deal happen. I came up from King of Prussia area to check out an Audi A3 Etron, which there was a tax rebate of $4k for. Other dealerships would either raise the price of the car by $4k and take the rebate themselves, or just wouldn't deal with it, saying I could get it. But I didn't have enough tax liability to absorb it. Their response was typically just shrugging their shoulders and letting me walk. Josh was awesome in getting this part done. Not only that, but the car had a transmission issue, and a taillight problem, that they were determined to fix before letting me see the car. It took a while to work out, but again, other dealerships would just try and cover things up and pass the buck on to me. Not these guys. So refreshing! After wading through the slime of the used car market for months, and paying $500 to have other cars inspected (2 different cars!) just to have them fail, I can't tell you how much I appreciate the level of trust they helped build with me, and how they were determined to sell me a good car that we'd both be happy with. They also shipped the car down to me, which was a huge help. I would 100% shop for another car with them again!

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

We took our newly purchased Toyota Prius to VA for a shake down cruise. Found some minor issues. Called Chris. Brought the car in, they gave us a loaner, then knocked out the work. Thanks to ALL! Wife and I are happy!

Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.

This is a great van. Stow and go seats mean tons of room. Driver seat is fully powered and very comfortable to sit in. Without a doubt the most comfortable vehicle I have ever had.
