My second time buying a car at this dealership. Great experience

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

We worked with Lloyd at this location, and he was knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with us in choosing and later purchasing our vehicle. He explained all of the other services (leather upgrade, warranty, gap coverage, etc), and we are please with our purchase. The facilities were in great shape, and I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase their next car from this location!

I had a great experience at Sheehy Lexus of Richmond on Midlothian Turnpike. Wow! I exchanged a few emails with my salesperson, Elyse W., scheduled a time for a test drive, and felt like I was the number customer when we met in person. She was so accommodating, personable, and honest. In fact, the entire staff was very attentive. I suspect that I will visit this dealership again in the future when I need another vehicle.

This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

Worked with Chris on purchasing the new Honda Passport Trailsport - Chris was not the typical sales person. He came out, greeted us and left us to roam the lot. When ready, we came back to speak with him and test drove the car - no high pressure sales approach or shady sales tactics. Chris is great to work with through the whole process. Definitely ask for Chris when purchasing a car from Pearson Honda!

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

I have always been leery of going to dealerships, but I was put at ease quickly as soon as I drove in the lot and Hunter walked out to greet me. Since we had been communicating by text, she had the truck I wanted to look at out front waiting for me. The truck was exactly as it was described and after I test drove it, I decided to buy it. I rarely see customer service at the level that Hunter and Josh gave me, patience, kindness, understanding, and a willingness to answer any questions I had. They go above and beyond what other dealerships would. I highly recommend Auto Empire whether you’re just looking or ready to buy; you will enjoy meeting them. We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

I've been doing business with the good folks at Mike's for the past 14 years. My first purchase was shortly after I moved to VA, all the way from CA. I didn't know much about car sales, and since I didn't have my dad or brothers to shop with me, I was a bit nervous. I visited (and left) a number of lots, who I'm sure could tell - or thought they could take advantage of that nervousness. Then I went to Mike's. They were patient as I looked at several cars and asked a million questions (sorry guys), and were also extremely helpful. I drove off the lot, hassle free, with a car I loved and drove for years. I've bought several others from there as well and have recommended this business to my friends. Aside from purchasing, I get all of my vehicles serviced here by their wonderful mechanic. The van has good gas mileage. Its very reliable. It has good running a/c in front and back. Has a rear DVD entertainment for children.

GQ and Denise made experience awesome, never felt overwhelmed or put in an awkward position. From initial contact to the finalization of what I thought could only be a dream purchase, I received answers to all questions and felt like I had not only purchased a vehicle but made great friends. They were welcoming, knowledgable, friendly and have adapted and project true customer service. If you want the "REAL DEAL" this is the place to go. Again, GQ and Denise were absolutely the best. Many years ago there was a movie called It's a Wonderful Life with the infamous character "George Bailey", for those of us who know of the movie I must say that if you are afforded the opportunity to purchase anew or used vehicle and you have any worries or concerns go to Hyman because they represent the "Its a wonderful Life" and GQ is definitely the George Bailey. Just a great experience.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Excellent Quality and Reliable Minivan. We bought our Quest new in 2011, and 12 years later still running like new. Only issues have been front hub bearings and Toyo tires installed for delivery. The SL version we have is very comfortable with a very quiet ride, everything is holding up inside and outside. I know that one weak point is transmission, so what I have done is to replace transmission fluid every 20k miles. Interior is still looking like new, paint is also beautiful and all the outside moulding are stil in place.

Excellent place to do business! All around helpful and worked with me on some changes and upgrades I wanted. It was worth the drive from Colonial Heights (about 35 miles away). Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.

Love the heated front seats. Do not like access to rear seats past seats at doors. Has great pick up. Drives thru anything. Quiet. Great sound system. Cools and Heats entire van. Large windshield must have sunscreen or summers heat blisters interior.. A/C works great

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

My experience at this dealership wasn’t too bad, if you have patience for the people there An the staff you should be good. I got there at 1:30pm an since I didn’t schedule I had to wait but it was only for like 15mins or so till I saw a sale rep. 1:50pm they called me to talk to a sales rep, got my 13 Honda Civic appraised, waited 25mins for them to approved it, then went to the lot picked out my car I wanted. 20mins went back we talked numbers An gave them my down payment An was out in like 45mins after signing an them washing n vacuuming your car, you have the keys An you out the door!! I definitely recommend Marlo if you ever go to this car max. It goes by pretty quick in my opinion, don’t let this other reviews discourage you.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!
