Own a 2004 with over 330,000 miles. It just keeps running. As a landlord, I use it somewhat like a truck, it holds tools in the rear. Can transport 4x8 sheets of drywall and plywood with some shuffling. Hauled 1200 lbs of concrete bags behind the front row seats many times. I use the 3rd row for passengers. Have removed the second row and never replaced them. Change the oil every 5Kmi because that interval is easy to remember. And the typical timing belt and water pump (while exposed) every 100K. Just let the dealer do the brakes, they last years and don't wobble. Of course the automatic doors gave out at 200K, but you kind of expect that. They still work manually. A few strange items like a steering rack at 150K and vent window hinge gave out around then. And the drivers seat heater gave up. The problem is that this van is so good, I really hate to replace it. It's a good problem to have. I'm not hauling concrete in a brand new $50,000 Sienna.

I bought the EX-version new from the dealership. The vehicle is great to this point. The driver's seat hits the back of my legs, and I am unable to adjust it to my liking. My legs get tired because of this. (I am 5'8) Recently, some of the parts have started falling off. Rubber stops on the lift gate and some plastic on the sliding door which I find concerning. I have 45,000 miles on the car. Around the city, I get about 17 to 19 MPG but full highway driving (California to Pennsylvania) I got nearly 28 MPG! Overall, the vehicle is pretty good, and I recommend it, however, I am concerned with what it will be when I reach 100,000. I am a little apprehensive about keeping it beyond 100,000 miles as opposed to my other vehicle, a Toyota.

I bought the 2014 Kia Sedona used in 2018 and I pretty much love it except for the dashboard controls. They are not user friendly or intuitive (for the driver to understand). I dread having to put the defogger and defroster on because I have to wait until I'm at a stop light or someplace where I can take the time to figure out which buttons and dials to push and turn, find the symbols on dashboard, etc. Maybe it's partly because I need reading glasses and I can't wear them while driving, but still. This is the only car I've owned where I had such a hard time using the dashboard controls. There are just too many. I also just tried pairing my cell phone with the Sedona's bluetooth so I would be able to use the hands-free phone calling feature, but it just kept telling me "pairing failed" over and over and I have no idea why. I just gave up because I have zero patience with that kind of stuff. It's hard enough to get the heat or AC to the right temperature and coming out of the desired vents, there's no way I will be able to get the phone feature to work. Don't even get me started on the windshield wiper situation. omg I also wish it got better gas mileage. I mainly drive around town with some brief highway driving and I usually get around 18 mpg. It is great for camping if you take out the middle seats and fold down the rear seats, you can make it into a mini-campervan. That was the main reason I bought it. It also is great for hauling stuff with all the seats down/removed. Oh, and speakers for the audio system are awesome!

I went in last week to check out a 2019 Honda Accord EX-L, only because it was close to another car I was scheduled to test down the road in Pasadena. May sales rep was Mark and he's awesome. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable and even better, showed me with minimal research that the other car I was going to see had TWO previous accidents (shame on me for not seeing that) and they met me at the price I needed. So I ended up buying the Accord (very low mileage) at a great price. The best part was how easy Mark made the experience. My wife is on the loan but she didn't even have to be there. I drove the car off the lot about 2 hours after I arrived. They let me keep my old Honda in the lot until we were able to return that afternoon to pick it up. My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended
