This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.

My husband and I purchased ID.4. We traded our Honda Accord. At first, we were not given a fair price but eventually we did and decided to proceed with the deal. David and Mohamed were extremely helpful. David did great job explaining everything we needed to drive the new car home. The following day he responded quickly to my request of locating the enrollment code for electrify America. The dealership was cold (October) and could use some more decoration and kids-friendly corner.

I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.

This van met our needs. Specifically, we needed the larger back seats for older kids and adult riders. The back seat is a bit too tilted back. The middle row captains chairs are about the size of the main driver and passenger seats, and that's why we wanted the Routan. They are too big to fold into the floor, and that's just fine. We had an earlier Chrysler T&C, and those seats are flimsy. After 40K miles, no problems. We switched to our local Chrysler Dodge dealer for service, as the Volkswagen Dealer service was poor at best. We always hit around 28 MPG on road trips. About 17 -18 MPG in town. No complaints here.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

The Sienna is a great vehicle for trips. Hauls people and everything in comfort. Has lots of safety features and is very reliable. Better looking than the new Toyota models.

I recently purchased the Town and Country Touring v6 3.8. For the 1200$ I paid I expected a few problems and I got a couple soon after the purchase but well, its a good running car. As soon as the new fuel pump is installed and a couple little kinks are fixed I will have her on the road again. After all she had 240,000 miles on her when I found her and she was great until the pump went out. I still feel she is worth it! Rides nice. Roomy, handles like a newer car and I really think this car can go another 200,000 miles! I bought her from the 2nd owner and I really didn't know what to expect until my mechanic came to check her out. He pulled up in an identical 2005 van, just like mine.

I purchased a 2016 Toyota Tundra from Sal. He answered my questions with no pressure to purchase. Love the heated front seats. Do not like access to rear seats past seats at doors. Has great pick up. Drives thru anything. Quiet. Great sound system. Cools and Heats entire van. Large windshield must have sunscreen or summers heat blisters interior.. A/C works great

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

I called the Lake Motor Group dealership in Ramona first, turns out they have another location and they do shipping. So double the choice. I was initially interested in a 528 but now I can't choose. Kimmy is amazing and she's been very helpful with getting me info on the cars I'm interested in and she must have patience of a saint because i'm not nearly close to making a decision. I would like to focus my review on one particular part of my experience. Two weeks ago, after a long look at new car options, I decided to buy out the lease and purchase the 2022 Rogue I'd been driving. I wanted to make sure my car was in new car shape so I brought it to Berman for a certification inspection. I've previously not felt important bringing my car for service there, and generally my service history has felt like I'm at the mercy of the dealer or service department. However, on this occasion, I received the best customer service I've ever received in 35+ years of bringing my car to a service department. Turns out, the Best Service Manager in the car industry is at Berman, and her name is Katie Udelhoven! I'm a very tough customer, quick with numbers, and very demanding. Katie not only went out of her way making phone calls to see if she could save me money (seeking to find and use as much coverage under my lease agreement to save me as much money as possible), but she explained in great detail what every issue meant to my safe driving experience, and had feeling confident that she and Berman were acting in my very best interests! Katie is the most knowledgeable service manager I've ever encountered as well. She responded immediately with credible information to every concern I posed. If I had a dealer ship myself, I would want Katie Udelhoven to be one of my first hires, and pay her at the very highest level of the Service Manager pay scale in the United States. Having worked with every level of Berman staff in this process, I am slighting no one to say ...Katie Udelhoven is the single most valuable asset within the walls of Berman Nissan, including the cars and the highest levels of your organization, she does a second to none job of making sure each customer, I'm guessing at least 40 each week, leaves happy!

My problem with this vehicle is the exterior paint. my van experience clear coat and paint damage from exposure to the sun, I spoke to an auto body persone who informed me of the issue of poor quality paint that did not have UA protection in it. This only occured to the surfaces exposed to direct sunlight.

This is a great van. Stow and go seats mean tons of room. Driver seat is fully powered and very comfortable to sit in. Without a doubt the most comfortable vehicle I have ever had.

Very versatile with room for 7 or fold down the seat and have room to haul almost anything. I've only ever had to do routine maintenance. Nothing has ever broken on this car.

I am on my third Grand Carvan. It has a little over 40,000 miles. This is my third carvan. Have a handicap son was reason I bought it. I am very happy with it. I feel it will be my last, s I turned 85 on Tuesday.

Dead honest review from a real person.... Absolutely one of the best car dealer experiences I've had. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly but Al C was just beyond exceptional in personality and very respectful unlike several other dealers I've met with recently. Did everything he could to make my experience the best it could be and have a nice variety of cars. Dealership is clean, staff are excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to buy again from these guys!

This van is perfect for hauling our three kids and two dogs around. The stow and go is very handy for our active lifestyle. We are particularly excited about being able to haul bicycles inside the van. There is a thrumming sound which we believe to be coming from the rear breaks that we are going to have checked out. We love our new (to us) van!

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.
