2009 Odyssey EX. Bought used with 193k miles. Couldn't be more reliable. Great design inside and out. Excellent structural integrity. Everything works. Built solid. Hauls xxx. I average 23 mpg overall with the 244 HP 3.5 V6.

This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.

Sales people were friendly, especially the man from NY, and the sales guy, I bought a Honda Odyssey from them the next day I took it right into the dealer for an inspection, all the fluids needed to be changed, that's something i think they should have done before putting it on the lot, but other than that the van seems fine so far

I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.

I had been looking for a Tahoe or Yukon, 4wd for quite some time, I was on the computer daily looking at all the vehicles for sale. I finally saw one I liked, some what close to home. I went to wheels on deals, talked to ozzie [Osvaldo] after I'd walked around the lot for a bit, i went to the Yukon I was there to see and buy. He went and got the keys after introducing himself, backed the rig into better lighting for me to walk around it, open all the doors etc. We took it for a spin, made sure all worked well no noises, or smells, vibrations, etc. Of course I ended up buying it, the price was what I was willing to pay, the mileage was in the ball park, the vehicle condition was great. The thing that made me feel comfortable was ozzie was very professional, he did not act like my best friend, or chap his lips on my tail, I left there with a new ride and felt great, I didn't feel like I got took or anything. I waited around a little bit as the loan process was accepted and completed, the place is clean very well maintained, shiny floors, clean bathroom, T.V. 's I would recommend anyone to go there.

I love this van. The only thing wrong is that the A/C doesn't work. I notified my commercial rep, Andrew and he said to bring it in at my earliest convenience.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

I bought mine used in 2019 with 22,000 miles on it. I'm now over 107,000 miles with no real problems. I've only done routine maintenance and it still drives a smooth gist as it did when I bought it and wouldn't have one hesitation driving it long distance anywhere. I've recently had the check engine light come on and it shows trac off, but I don't believe it's anything more than a sensor. Overall it holds up to the Toyota reputation of reliability, so much so that my wife winded up trading her dream Jeep Gladiator in for a Toyota 4Runner and hasn't looked back.

I had a good overall experience all the times I've been there, I was helped out by this nice gentleman named Joe. He helped with me purchasing a car and he also helped with my licenses plate and any questions I had he was able to answer.

The van meets our needs. It looks and feels good when driving. Only issue are with some brakes that need repaired. We like the color (blue exterior/gray interior).

As a woman who has been in Sales for 30 years and has negotiated every car and RV purchase in my life, I am absolutely blown away by how glorious my experience was with Mazda of Everett. Every single deal I have ever done with any dealership anywhere has been fraught with shenanigans. Not this place! I was all set to buy a car elsewhere (that I would have to take time off of work to rent a car to go pick up), but I connected with Cindy Hedden and Jason Peters and all it took were a few emails and a couple of phone calls and texts and I had a car delivered to me (1.5 hours away) within 3 days of our first communication. I should mention that this is also during the great COVID chip shortage crisis when cars are hard to come by, many are going for more than MSRP and dealerships don’t need to work hard. I got a better car than I was negotiating elsewhere, a better price (they are also a Costco-authorized program which I used), significantly better payment terms than anywhere else I checked (a longer term AND a better APR by a .75 point than any loans online, Carvana, CarMax or with ANY of the Washington dealerships! I checked them all). They initially gave me a term .5 better than anywhere else and after I verbally agreed to buy it for those terms called me back and gave me an even lower APR! In 3 days I had my car in my driveway. It was an absolutely beautiful experience from beginning to end. At every turn Cindy and Jason answered every question immediately and directly and pulled zero funny business. I LOVE these people and I have never met them, but I will sure be stopping by next time I am in the neighborhood. These guys are crazy smart in how they run their business: Be legit, be responsive, have a sense of urgency and make it easy to buy. Instead of all the other dealerships wasting time with the back and forth and trying to pull something over on me, these guys get the deal done, make sure you are happy and then move on to please the next customer. Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

I purchased a Model Y from this dealer. I had a very good experience with them, as did my two young kids. They do not negotiate much on price or feature which was fine with me as the price of the vehicle was fair. There was a chip on the windshield and they did agree to throw a new windshield on which was satisfactory. They have many different levels of cars here which is great but you get what you pay for, which is likely why there are some harsh reviews about them. Overall I was extremely satisfied, got in and out in under an hour and the staff was all kind and helpful. No sales person chasing me down on the lot was worth it by itself. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to buy another used car here. Thank you guys

The 3.3 liter V6 is under powered especially if you carry six passengers. Had to replace a catalytic converter at 132,000 miles code po420 bank 2. a disappointment. The engine is basically a Camry engine. Toyota should of put a larger displacement engine in this van.
