We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

Ms. Robia, Ms.Venna, Mr. Demarco, and all the staff was so wonderful and pleasant. I first started by speaking with Mr. Demarco about my last issues and stress with my last vehicle. He did not rush me. He kept in contact with me for weeks. Everytime that I spoke to Mr. Demarco my my face lit up. I had forgotten all about my issues with nit having a vehicle to drive. Ms Venna I spoke to second. She took her time once I got to pro sport she allowed to drive as many vehicles as I wanted. Ms.Robia was once again one of the sweetest people among the staff. Ms Robia allowed me to take my time, didn't rush me at all. She listened and stayed on the phone and gave me all of her undivided attention while muti tasking. Everyone at Conshohocken Pro Sport were wonderful!!! Don't go by reviews. Do to how great they were my mother ended up buying a car from them a couple weeks after I did and Loves it!!! She saw they took care of me with urgency making me feel I was the only customer that was important at the time I was being helped by them. 5 stars across the board! They are very genuine and truly care about their customers and will do what it takes to figure things out!! I am so pleased with my vehicle, I'm so pleased that do to their treatment seen by my family they brought a vehicle from them because it was like there were family. Bought new for my wife in 2012. I am very particular in maintenance of all fluids & filters. 360,000 miles later and still runs like new. The most amazing thing is the “check engine” light has not even been on once. No leaks and uses no oil. Amazing vehicle!

Where do I start? I needed a 2nd car and already had 1 open loan. Enters Avi, my sales consultant. He was upfront, very professional and confident in his skill. He told me what he could do and he delivered. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE and I'll be seeing him again. The buying process was not that bad, like any business the bank wants to make sure they are entering and making a good deal. Eric (I believe he is the manager), gave me a number and achieved that. That number was 2 hours max, he would have a deal for me. My buying process lasted almost 4 hours, included in that time was moving the vehicle, providing a full tank of gas, cleaning the vehicle and CHECK THIS OUT, making a quick video inside and outside. All this in 4 hours. No experience or information for the quality of repairs, I hope I do not gather any as well. The car runs great for the first two days. Nice clean and comfortable facility, all the staff was pleasant, entertaining and friendly. Avi, assured me throughout the process, I would be driving home w/ a 2nd vehicle and that I have now. I won't recommend him for president just yet, but I'll go out on a limb and say, " he might be the salesman of the year" (and we're half way through January 2021). I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

I recently purchased a 2017 Ford Edge. My sales rep Zach was Great! He was knowledgeable and informative about all the models I looked at. He patiently anwered all my questions. He wasn't pushy and made sure I purchased the car that I wanted. The rest of the staff was pleasant and easy to deal with as well. Overall they made my car buying experience easy.

Purchased 2019 Crew Plus with 30k in July 2020. So far only complaint is the clunky UConnect system. Having owned 1988, 1995, 2000, and 2005 model years we have always found Caravans to be sensible, reliable, all round family centric vehicles. Could spend an extra $10k or more for a comparable Odyssey (Primary cars/bikes are Honda’s) or Sienna but personally do not seethe long term benefit. As with all vehicles maintenance is key.

Can’t beat the Odyssey for a family! Easy getting kids and gear in and out, great gas mileage, reliable, easy and comfortable driving. And it handles on the road like a car on highway, side roads and mountain roads.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

My 08 caravan has 371,000 and still going, it has had a few issues with brakes replaced often, the front control arms and a front axel was replaced around 250,000 miles but overall I love this van so much I don't trust the newer ones, we bought brand new and purchased the lifetime wrap around warranty, so after 16 years I still drive it, although we have two newer dodge vehicles a truck and charger, I prefer my van

Had a great interaction with salesman Anthony Brown, who picked me up from the airport when I arrived to purchase the vehicle. He was attentive, super helpful and my experience with him personally was 5 stars. He was a excellent face for the company, and did everything possible to assure a smooth transaction, including answering my questions and annoying text messages on his own time off the clock. As for the car itself, everything was as described and I love it. Zero issues mechanically. The reason this is only 4 stars was the interaction that followed the purchase. I received a 60 day temp tag at time of purchase and (foolishly I might add) allowed the dealer to file the paperwork for my registration/plates with my states DMV. With approx 3 weeks to go till expiration I emailed Carman Dodge to get an update on the status of my plates. I was told the registration was still processing but was assured it was going to be on time. With approx 1.5 weeks prior to expiration I emailed Carman Dodge again, and was assured that my plates would be arriving the week of my expiration. On the day of my expiration I called Carman Dodge and spoke with Jamie, who advised she had my plates in front of her and would be mailing them out to me. While inquiring why it had taken so long Jamie stated the processing with the DMV was out of her control. When pressed, however, she admitted to waiting approx 30 days after purchase to file the paperwork. Ultimately this was her mistake and caused an undue amount of legwork on my part. Not to mention I couldn't drive my car without valid registration, as I would face heavy fines if pulled over. The saving grace, however, was when Jamie's manager agreed to overnight the plates to me, so I was only grounded without my vehicle for one day. In summary, overall good experience, but be wary if you purchase a vehicle from Carman Dodge out of state. If you do, make sure you insist on filing the registration paperwork personally with your local DMV to avoid the headache that Jamie caused me.

Just purchased another used Grand Caravan, this is the sixth one over past number of years, found it to be a very reliable and versatile vehicle. Always managed to get 300,000 Klm on each one, never had any major issues other then brakes and normal maintanence . Just purchased 2015 and in excellent condition given the year but is in Limp mode with code P1745 showing on meter. Just hoping it's under a recall , sure would like to get mobile again.
