We were looking for a used car for our daughter and went through the tedious process of calling every lead we saw and driving to numerous dealers. Dealer after dealer told us stories of how perfect the cars were until we took them to a mechanic to find serious issues that were never disclosed. Frustrating to say the least. Then my husband came across a vehicle at Faraj and spoke with Mark. He had a great feeling about the car and the place....and literally sent me a text "I think we found our car" (before I even saw the car!) I went to see the car in personal immediately and was so impressed with everything I saw and heard from Mark and his co-worker Zee. Both were so professional, honest and trustworthy which was so refreshing based on what we had recently experienced. And to top things off...the car was pretty awesome too! It was exactly what we were looking for. There were a few things that need fixing and Mark did everything to make us happy and satisfied...within the time frame he promised. The attention to detail and follow up was so appreciated. Once the paperwork was signed, we left feeling like we had a safe car for our daughter at a fair price from a very reliable dealer. This car is wider than other minivans, providing more space and legroom for the kids. It drives ultra smooth and is super comfortable. Only complaint is that there is only 1 built in USB port and is located in the glove compartment.

2nd car I have purchased from Mike at Kar Connection. 1st car was good that 3 years later I went back and purchased a 2nd. They helped with financial stuff as I am not one to go to the bank. Just not my thing. I'll be back I'm sure for a 3rd.

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!

I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

Bought in 2016 with 6000 miles. Not the quietest ride but currently at 125,000 miles and no major issues yet. Only problem was original set of rear tires wore out on the inside edge. The tire shop said Kia had that problem from the factory and he installed a shim kit to make the alignment correct. No problem with that issue since. Mileage is good for a large minivan. At 70 to 80 MPH I get 26 mpg average depending on which state I am buying fuel in. I love being able to switch from Automatic transmition to a manual transmission when going down steep mountain grades. I am actually shopping for a used Kia 2017 to 2020 right now with low miles to replace this one.

This van is amazing!!!super roomt holds 8people comfortably all seats recline lots of leg room throughout van good for adults too.. Definitely recommend this van.

I was very suprised with the gas mileage at 21mpg highway,I was use to 11mpg with my 2000 GMC 3500, I got 500,000 miles plus from my old van and still running strong, I hope the same for this one

Came in with bad credit and initially wasn’t hopeful on even leaving with a car but ended up getting a good rate and there was Transparency from the whole team,Didn’t get the names of everyone but got assistance from Hakeem Blake and he was honest and truthful through the whole process and got us a good deal. The sliding doors stop locking and are very expensive to fix; otherwise, our Town and Country Touring van has provided a safecand very comfortable ride.

Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.

Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

The best part is how there are absolutely no sneaky dealer fees. All you pay is the advertised price, $75 admin fee and whatever tax and registration fee. I owned a 2014 sienna limited premium and was the best vehicle I have ever owned in my 50 years of driving, owning 16 different cars, Suvs and Vans. I purchased a 2017 Toyota Sienna Limited Premium AWD and I like it but I don't like the way it shifts, its very jerky. I did get a computer engine software update that helped very much. The engine having 40 more horse power would make me think that it would have tremendous power compaired to my 2014, but it did not. So it purchased a what call (chip your car) that connects under the dash to get more refindment in the performace, to unleash the filtered performance and it did. What a difference in performance. I purchaced the chip for 150.00 and its worth every penny. I am a performance guy especially when driving a nice van. So with the Toyota Software upgrade and my computer chip upgrade now we have a nice performace running van which my 2014 had also.
