I had a wonderful experience last Friday, Feb. 14th at the Ed Voyles Hyundai. I received the best customer service I have ever received at a dealership. Maria my Service Advisor was very helpful and accommodating. EJ was the sweetest young lady and was very helpful as well. My technicians Corey and Emmanuel did an excellent job with my repairs. Micah the porter was nice enough to go to the back and retrieve my apple charger from my car while my vehicle was being repaired. The Service Manager was not nice at all and very unprofessional to say the least. I asked to use an iPhone Charger and one of the employees found one for me. I would typically have my cord on me, but what I thought would be a quick oil change turned into an 8-hour costly repair. Because I was caught off guard with the I was not prepared for the time spent at the dealer and I live across town so I could not go home nor was I provided with a loaner. I had a conference call to take and needed a charger. I went to one of the service advisors and she tried to help me find one. She found a cord in the wall but, when she went to grab it the service manager snatched it and said no. He was really rude and disrespectful about it, and I felt so disrespected by the way he handled it. He saw me there all morning and knew I would be there for the majority of the day, but his attitude was horrible about it. That's when Micah saw the disappointment on my face and suggested that to retrieve mine from my vehicle, he was such a sweetheart. I will definitely return to Ed Voyles Hyundai because of the employees but not the Service Manager.

My family of 6 has had this van from coast to coast and it has been a dream, haven't had one problem. We keep it maintained from the dealership, no electrical or mechanical problems at all. Highly recomended

The experience was good. The sales lady called me immediately and sent video of the truck since there were no pictures on line. I made the request Saturday night Amarie called me Monday morning I went in to view the truck and did a test drive on Tuesday and made the purchase.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

Bought the 2021 EX-L model end of 2023 with 21,000 miles. I test drive the Sienna and was very disappointed in every aspect which led me to the Oddessy which I had not previously considered. One test drive and I was sold. The amount of space for my three kids to sit comfortably, the ample trunk space, the magic slide seats, automatic sliding doors & heated seats with a sunroof are among my favorite things about this minivan. It's fun to drive and has plenty of power with its 280hp. As long as you have proper snow tires in snowy conditions, this FWD minivan will do just fine. I had no issues in squalls and other winter conditions. I took my snow tires off prematurely and got caught in a winter storm and hit a guard rail and my whole family was safe and sound with no injuries. It has since been repaired back to its original condition. Keep your winter tires on til late Spring to be safe. I will absolutely drive this thing til the wheels fall off and then I'll buy another. Thank you Honda for keeping the Oddessy in your lineup! I hope it never goes away.

Bought a 2017 4runner from Hasin at Atlanta car Sales, and I can’t give a bigger blessing from a skeptical used car lot buyer. Not only did he DIRECTLY answer my questions and concerns over the phone, he also went out of his way to pick me up from the airport when I flew in (Yes, I flew in from Texas because the price was that great). He brought the truck with him so I got to have a great long test drive and was very personable the entire way back to the dealership. Found a chip in the windshield and they discounted the vehicle so I can get it fixed back home. Sat down, and was on my way within about 45 mins. I saw a 2019 Honda Odyssey in the website of doc Paramus Honda in NJ and I saw the vehicle Saturday and by Monday Marc García and Wael were able to work with me and my husband to take that vehicle home even BEFORE seeing it. Great car but serious security issues exist with the HondaLink app. Since I purchased the car over 2 months ago, I have been connected to someone else’s car. I can see their location, start their car, unlock and lock their car any time I please. I have confirmed this by doing a google search for their address and making personal contact with them since Honda said there was no way their system was functioning this way, so I had to spend time proving to them that indeed it does. Honda has been aware of this for 2 months and thus far has done nothing about it. I call them weekly or more often than that and yet still they do nothing about it.

I really appreciated all the help that I received. The process was smooth and I will definitely go back for my next car. They are very professional.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

Service was exceptional! Salesman, Reggie had personality and respect throughout the complete process. I would definitely refer customers to Reggie. My overall buying experience was awesome.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

15k miles so far and the Carnival has performed great. We purchased the LX model with cloth seats and without the seat package. We prefer cloth over leather. The engine is very powerful and smooth. Tons of space in all three rows. My neice who is "too cool for minivans" dropped her jaw when she saw all the space when the third row folded into the floor. She has one child now but I think I converted her to a minivan(MPV) fan! We have a 2004 Odyssey as well with 185k miles. Minivans for life! That's how we roll.

The van is very practical and has been awesome for road trips. We can easily fit two car seats and 6 adults with plenty of leg room. It is very practical especially with the lower ride height that allows my parents to get in and out with ease and also the sliding doors that makes putting the kids in their car seats easy. MPG is excellent. We averaged between 35-37 mpg with the van loaded with 6 adults, 2 kids in car seats, and all of our luggage. We were set on getting an SUV before we came across the Sienna. The Sienna just made more sense for our family. It can comfortably seat 8 people, makes getting in and out easier with the sliding doors and low ride height, excellent MPG, reliable, great resale resale value. It does not require premium fuel. With the gas prices around $3.25-$3.50, fill ups are around $40. We plan to keep the van around for a long time!

This car meets all of my family's needs. It has tons of space, great audio, and it's really comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is awesome! There's plenty of storage, lots of cup holders and charging ports throughout. The stow-and-go rear seats are great, and I love that it has the option to seat 8. Bluetooth works great - people can actually hear me through the car, yay! So far, I can only say great things about this vehicle. We use it for picnics, travel, and camping out.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

Keyon P who was my Sales Consultant was patient and answered any questions about the car I wanted to look at and he did shy away from any questions and if he did not know he found the answer by asking. Not a big fan of the breaking system which wears out the brakes if you follow vehicles close. Interior storage spaces are much smaller or non existent. Interior much more cheaply made and does not last nearly as long.
