This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

Could not identify source of a coolant leak in RAM 2500. Doug in service was extremely helpful. He told me the most probable failure. He then inspected what he thought might be the problem and confirmed it was. Offered to make room for repair the next morning as we were traveling.

I met Gregg Guetzlaff between Christmas and New Years when I arrived at the dealership about a 2019 Audi RS 5 I had seen advertised online. He had told me the vehicle was at the Audi dealership awaiting a part that was on back order. Instead of swaying me away from this car and sell me another vehicle on the lot he told me all about the vehicle and answered the questions I had. Once my questions were answered we spoke about the vehicles he had owned as well as the vehicles I had owned and realised that we have very similar likes in manufactures. When the RS5 was repaired and back at Landers McLarty Ford I scheduled an appointment with him as quickly as I could. After the test drive it did take me a little bit to decide if it was going to be a good buy for me. During that process he did not pressure me at all nor use shady tactics to oversell the vehicle. We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Dealership had an excellent selection of vehicles available. Pricing was excellent compared to other dealerships with similar vehicles. Negotiations proceeded well and they were very upfront with information to help make a decision. They were helpful but not overbearing. I would recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle. I live about 115 miles from the dealership and notified them that I planned to pick up the vehicle about three days from hen we finalized the purchase. However, they contacted me a few hours later and offered to deliver it to me.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

Found an Expedition I was interested in on Cars.com from this dealer. I sent an email and received a response within 30 minutes to my request and scheduled to come look at the vehicle. A short trip from Birmingham and I left with a good vehicle at a fair price with no pressure or haggling. Would recommend my salesman Chris to anyone looking for a vehicle.

Nothing but good things to say about the Ford Transit Connect Van. Easy to drive, great on gas mileage and extremely reliable. this has lots of room for our family of 6 plus tons of room for storage.

I love my Odyssey! It is so comfortable, the seat is larger than any of the new cars, it comes out to the back of my knees, and I am 5'6", i know that's a strange thing to like, but its important to me. I also like how versatile it is with the e3rd row seats folding into the floor, or makes the well deep enough for storage! Half or the whole way across! Best car I have ever owned!

Repaired my truck when I was at problems. Walked me through what needed to be done. Explain what the problem was and how they were going to fix it. Very pleased with the results problem solved.

This car is amazing! I was a teenager driving this car and although it is a minivan it was GREAT! mine was a 2016 and had so many cool features and lots of space and the roof is not close to your head at all the back with the third row laid down was huge I have fit queen size mattress and box springs, sofas, dressers (more people than seats) in the back, you can lay the second row down for even more space! such a good car and fast acceleration and brakes. V6 engine can hold SO much weight. most common problems with Nissans that everyone should look out for is most Nissans' transmissions start to slip or die at around 145,000 so just beware! Overall I loved this minivan

I bought this van to replace one that my wife totalled. The VES is lacking continuity with the remote & headphones. Other than entertainment system being crap, overall, the van is solid & dependable.

I have only shopped online looking for one specific truck. I have been contacted to talk about wanting to buy. That person was so nice, laid back did not try to push something else on me. I received a follow up call letting me know they got in a Chevy Colorado but it had a manual transmission. Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

I purchaes this van because the seats came out in the rear. I used it to drive across the US and camp out every now and then. I put plastic cantainers in the whoes where the rear seats were so the back of the van was flat ready for a full size mattress and camping gear . I put 20K miles on it with no issues. After the trip I put the rear seats back in. Very comfortable tide.
