We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

This Review is on service advisor Joe who I can categorize without any hesitation as being the absolute professional best I have dealt with at LHM Toyota on Alameda NE Albuq, NM or any other dealer. I had an Appointment on March 12 2024 @ 1pm for an oil change with advisor named Angel. Angel was a no show at work due to being sick. An anonymous employee tried to find an advisor that wasn’t totally booked for the entire day to no avail. Mr Sanchez took over and got me written advising also that he would see me thru the entire service. What a stress reliever that was! To have someone like Mr. Sanchez to look out for customers like that has to make for a well oiled machine. Definitely a 10 Star employee and one happy customer! The van has been reliable, inexpensive to maintain, easy to drive with plenty of room with easy access. It has been great for family events, hauling and moving things, taking to the beach for camping trips. I would happily purchase another Chevy Astro van.

I purchaes this van because the seats came out in the rear. I used it to drive across the US and camp out every now and then. I put plastic cantainers in the whoes where the rear seats were so the back of the van was flat ready for a full size mattress and camping gear . I put 20K miles on it with no issues. After the trip I put the rear seats back in. Very comfortable tide.

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.

I would definitely refer my friends and family to M&F Auto on Academy. No hidden agendas there, my needs were met and I felt the communication was tactful and professional therefore allowing me to feel comfortable which then enabled me to make a reasonable decision. I look forward to working with them again in the future.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

Had my truck serviced for a fresh oil change. But just one of the additional care's was the detail that was provided that makes me feel safer in my vehicle is things like the provided tire rotation as an included part of this service. Checking additional things that make the vehicle operate better. And I do NOT think this was primarily for additional sales. They do not do that. It is a courtesy of theirs.

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!
