April, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with purchase of our used Honda. Within a day or so discovered faulty VTC Actuator. We are from out of state and had to remain in area for repairs during the worst of the wildfires. But the amazing service manager Celine ( who was also covering jobs for absent co- workers) seemed to be able to make magic happen!!!! Within 30 minutes determined it was a repair that had to done at a local Honda dealer, arranged a ride to our RV for us, had our car taken to the Honda dealer. Knowing we could leave town and the awful smoke when the car was fixed she said she'd try her best to get our car back to us the next day which was a sat.( and her day off). Gave us her personal cell no. and set up in computer the details for our return ride to Carmax. Sat. was moving on but one call to Carmax for an update, they saw Celine had arranged everything for us to get our car on Sat. and BAM, magic happened!! Had our car within an hour, repairs completed, and we headed home to Florida. Yes, Carmax was great with fulfilling their warranty policy but it was Celine who put the efficient, professional, friendly face to implementing it. Thank-you Celine for being great at what you do!

Been a great car high 20’s mpg at 85 mph going cross country . Recommend a quality extended warranty -parts are expensive . Wish you could be able to shift it manually

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

Bought my T&C 2014 used in 2016 with 110K miles or maybe less. I still have my T&C in great condition. I thought of exchanging it for the new Pacifica. But, no comperising to the T&C, roomy, comfort seats and smooth ride. Yes, you got to maintain the car in order to function great. No major, issues and I'll keep it until gives it's all. Originally, we walked in with our credit union loan already to go and an idea of the types of vehicles we wanted to look at. As we were walking through the used car sales area we were approached by Devin who works in the service department. He explained a few different vehicle features to us, we were able to ask what sort of issues each vehicle typically comes in for. He answered each question without hesitation. He introduced us to the General Sales Manger Jonathan. After formalities were over, I listed all the things we were looking for. I then started throwing out numbers to him to see if he’d take a specific price for different vehicles. I thought I could win him over with a little charm. He explained that used cars are locked in at sticker price. Disappointed I started to look a newer cars on the lot. Thinking I’d never be able to afford a new car. Jonathan introduced us to Yuri. It only took one test drive with Yuri and I had to have the 2024 Kia Forte G-Line. During the test drive Yuri explained all the features. As someone whose vehicles are from the 2000’s, this was all new to me. He was confident in the ability of Kia’s performance and knew each feature in depth. He was friendly, outgoing, and made us laugh throughout the entire test drive. During the sales process we explained that we already had a loan from our credit union that we were going to use. We told him the % rate we had from our pre-approved loan and he said that he thought he could beat it, so we provided him the information he needed. Both Yuri and Jonathan found us a loan that beat our credit union by 3%. The entire sales process took maybe two hours from the test drive, finishing the paperwork, driving our new car off the lot. We were contacted by Kia a few days later to set up time to install a clear bra. We were met once again by Devin who was friendly and answered all of our questions with ease. When we picked up the car, Devin was ready for us, explained service recommendations, and wanted to make sure we didn’t have any unanswered questions regarding our new car. After, this experience and the follow up calls from the Beaverton Kia we will be recommending Kia and their exceptional service to all of our family and friends.

My mom got this car and it is so cool. Very comfortable. I like how the seats lean back and you can lay down and relax!

Very comfortable, and nice luxury at an affordable price. Love the Stow-n-Go feature. Heated seats, DVD player, and good stereo. We use this for both daily commuting and for a Homeless & Transition outreach and it serves both purposes well.

I bought the Crew trim. It is very comfortable inside and from out side it has a sporty look. Toyota Sienna and Honda Odyssey look kind of bulky. I suppose those who complain about Dodge Grand Caravan are looking at the base model which, yes, is not good from inside and it has not changed since I believe 2011. They should at least add a centre console. (I am sure you will increase your fans). But the upper models (SXT and up) are really good.

This car is amazing! I was a teenager driving this car and although it is a minivan it was GREAT! mine was a 2016 and had so many cool features and lots of space and the roof is not close to your head at all the back with the third row laid down was huge I have fit queen size mattress and box springs, sofas, dressers (more people than seats) in the back, you can lay the second row down for even more space! such a good car and fast acceleration and brakes. V6 engine can hold SO much weight. most common problems with Nissans that everyone should look out for is most Nissans' transmissions start to slip or die at around 145,000 so just beware! Overall I loved this minivan

Great reliable cars. Bought mine at over 150k miles and it still runs like a champ. Car had been maintained regularly by the previous owner which is what is necessary to prolong its life and I intend to continue doing the same.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

Good looking van,however, the rear electronic locks on both rear side doors failed within 4 months of each other and the Chrysler consumer center denied to pay the repair costs despite their recall letter saying they would consider reimbursement. Technicians taking the call were accusatory and discourteous. Repairs were $2200

Own a 2004 with over 330,000 miles. It just keeps running. As a landlord, I use it somewhat like a truck, it holds tools in the rear. Can transport 4x8 sheets of drywall and plywood with some shuffling. Hauled 1200 lbs of concrete bags behind the front row seats many times. I use the 3rd row for passengers. Have removed the second row and never replaced them. Change the oil every 5Kmi because that interval is easy to remember. And the typical timing belt and water pump (while exposed) every 100K. Just let the dealer do the brakes, they last years and don't wobble. Of course the automatic doors gave out at 200K, but you kind of expect that. They still work manually. A few strange items like a steering rack at 150K and vent window hinge gave out around then. And the drivers seat heater gave up. The problem is that this van is so good, I really hate to replace it. It's a good problem to have. I'm not hauling concrete in a brand new $50,000 Sienna.

This vehicle has been a great resource for a long time, lasted about 10-11 years, or longer than that. We had some issuues with the extieror body but yeah.

This van is amazing. It was gifted to me by my grandparents with 290,000 miles on the engine. As of right now it currently has 314,000 miles. I am absolutely amazed by the integrity of this vehicle and how well it has held together over the years. Yes there are small cosmetic issues, as you would expect with a car that’s 18 years old. We chose to replace the coolant system around 300,000 miles. Minor set back, but it has run even better since then. The DVD player no longer works, but all the speakers are in fanatic condition, seats as well for the years of love, soccer games, and countless trips. This van has transported not 1 but 5 generations of family members over the years. We may look into a transmission swap- but I am honestly interested in finding out just how far this one will go. I definitely will only be purchasing siennas from here on out, as this one has proven that with proper maintenance, they will continue to thrive well after 300,000 miles.

The minivan is sleek and steady, it has some beautiful effects. A DVD player for the comfort of the passengers. It has a brand new instrument cluster and battery. All the tires are from Discount Tires and they are all under warranty and the minivan has hitherto been managed only by the Gwinnett Place Honda since 2005 and there is evidential records from 2005 to date with Honda.
