Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.

Found my way to this dealership (from Central NY) through cars.com. They were one of the few places that had a 4 door Jeep Wrangler with manual transmission, which is what I had been searching for. Communications via e-mail and phone were great - I worked with Mike C. for most of the transaction and Ted helped out on day of delivery. There were some delays along the way due to a recall, but they did everything possible to expedite parts and make the delivery happen with no surprises. On the day of delivery, Damian chatted with me apologized for the delay, and made certain I was satisfied. My fears of purchasing a vehicle from 5+ hours away were unfounded - these guys all did a great job, great communications, and were very easy to deal with.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

I have been a customer of Forrester Lincoln for five years now, and have always had an outstanding experience with them, whether it be service or sales. Recently, my wife and I needed a second car and didn't want to spend a lot of money, so we knew we wanted a used SUV. We live in Greencastle, PA, but are spending the winter in Melbourne, Florida. While in Florida, a little more than a month ago we reached out to Cody Forrester about looking for a used SUV for us for no more than $10,000. We thought it might take awhile to find something, and we knew we would be back home in early Spring. Within a day or two Cody got back to us with what he felt was a great SUV for us at the price we wanted - but it wouldn't sit around to wait for us to return and look at it! We had planned on flying home to Greencastle in early December for a week, but we were concerned the car would have been sold by then. Neither my wife nor I have EVER purchased a car sight unseen before, and if this had been any other dealership we would never have considered it. But we trusted Cody - he sent us pictures of the vehicle; a 2008 Ford Edge; as well as face-timing us to provide a video walk through of the car. So we purchased it in late October. We just arrived home last Friday, December 2nd, and picked up the car on Saturday. Both of us were amazed at the absolute perfect condition the SUV was in, interior and exterior, considering it's 14 years old with 104,000 miles on it! It is beautiful and extremely comfortable, exactly what we wanted. Cody did an amazing job in finding us this car, proving our absolute trust in him - the SUV exceeded our expectations having never saw it or driven it before! I will always buy and service my vehicles at Forrester Lincoln, they are the best.

The first car/van I have purchased in 20 years. It is 3 years old with currently 50,000 miles. Have owned it now for 4 months. It is one of nicest and most equipped cars/vans that I have ever owned. Over the years I have owned 27 vehicles. The V6 engine has plenty of pick up. Also, very economical on gas. I am pleased with the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram dealership of Leesburg, Florida where I purchased it. Their sales and service department are outstanding. I recommend this van to anyone looking for a well equipped passenger van for the money.

This vehicle has been extremely reliable and fits my needs for hauling lots of cargo and pulling a utility trailer. The engine has great power and the interior comfort if excellent. It make long trips very comfortable. It is the main reason why we purchased a second Sienna, 2021 XLE AWD.

I found the Fitzgerald team to be very professional and knowledgeable. There was a couple issues with my used Ram 1500 and the service department was very responsvie and provided a loaner car while they addresed the issues. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend Fitzgerald for a new or used truck or car purchase.

Great mileage n planning on Toyota long term reliability. Plenty of power, even for light towing. Very spacious inside. AWD with electric motor is clever n works well. Suspension is great (rough roads feel smooth). But some negatives. We have LE n jumping to next trim levels is expensive unlike Kia. Folding seats are not nearly as smooth as with Chrysler. Also, our old Chrysler van drives like a smooth car but Sienna steers more like a van/truck...not bad per se, but different.

The representatives at I-Deal Cars have been courteous and professional. I appreciate their communication with me even though I live 2 1/2 hours away. For me, their responsiveness & encouragement goes a long way.

We have a large family with 9 children. This van is perfect for our needs. The styling is nice for a large van and it is very comfortable to drive especially on long trips.

Love the personality of the reps and they are always eager to help! They don't push you into buying more than your original budget and won't bother you about it! They also will let u browse the lot on you own, and all there cars are unlocked! I absolutely love there transfer program where they will transfer vehicles to your local stores without an obligation, and many transfers are free! Only complaint about Carmax is that I feel the cars are a bit overpriced, but it's worth it in the end for there customer service!

Car is safety oriented. Has a VERY Steep learning curve, but once figured out very nice too drive, Manuals are lacking an interactive pdf, just a plain pdf. There are 4 manuals a lot to read. Car is long and wide so keep that in mind when taking turns. Most features can be customized under systems. I recommend sitting in car with manuals, and try out the features.

I just bought a 2016 Volvo S60 from Zimmerman’s and I have to say Ahmed made the entire experience so pleasant and easy to understand. Right from the start , I could tell he is very honest & genuine. He was able to expedite my financing process which I had been trying for a week to finalize it and he got it done in a matter of hours! Their facility is very nice & very clean with a fully functional service department. I could not be more satisfied with Zimmerman’s. I absolutely plan on giving them my business in the future when the time comes to buy a another car. Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

We purchased the 2014 sienna SE right off the show room floor. It’s very reliable. It sat a lot the first few years as we each hod our own cars. This was a wedding gift to each other. If it sits to long the battery drains easily. It’s comfortable and faster than some sports cars. lol 0-60 7.2 seconds. That’s muscle car territory from the 1960’s. Outside body integrity is only fair. We have 90,000 miles on it. It runs like new. It’s hard on brakes. Maybe it’s my driving style. It’s good in my opinion for 300.000 miles. The v-6 engine is one of Toyota’s best long running engines. Gas mileage on a road trip is 24-25 under 70 mph. In town 18-20.

I bought my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan used in 2017. I’ve got 130,000 miles on it now and I’m still overall very pleased. This is my 4th Dodge/Chrysler minivan in the last 20+ years. I am kind of tired of driving a minivan but don’t know if I could give them up! This van has so many pros and very few cons. First, price is lower than other makes of minivans. Front and middle rows very comfortable on long trips. Good visibility from front and middle rows. I love that it has 2 separate glove boxes. Tons of cup holders! Adequate cargo area behind 3rd row seats. The stow and go feature is awesome. With second and third row seats folded down and hidden underneath the floor, you’ve got a huge open space to haul stuff. Almost like having a pickup truck except no one asks you to borrow it to move! Lol. It’s easy to get in and out of even if you have mobility problems. Drives and handles well. I don’t think we’ve ever had it in the shop. Never broken down on us. I’ve had this van since 2017 and no problems EVER until this summer. The radio quit working. We replaced it, and after a few weeks, the second one quit. Going to have it looked at soon. Also, the wipers have always worked poorly. Even after replacing them a few times with premium wipers, they still seem to “drag”, and are kind of “bumpy” is the only way I can describe it. My husband has to warn me before he turns them on, because they are so loud at first that they startle me very badly. Very irritating. When there’s a heavy rain they work fairly quietly and smoothly.

I NEEDED A CAR…I WENT ON AUTOTRADER AND FOUND A CAR I THOUGHT I MIGHT BE INTERESTED IN AT CAR NATION…I CALLED AND WENT DOWN TO MEET MIKE…MY PRIMARY CONTACT AT CAR NATION…AND TO TAKE IT ON A TEST DRIVE…I LIKED IT…I ASKED MIKE IF I COULD TAKE IT TO MY MECHANICS… WHOM I HAVE BEEN RELYING ON TO FIX MY CARS’ ISSUES OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF DECADES… TO HAVE THEM TAKE A LOOK AT IT…THE ANSWER WAS, “YES”…I PUT A SMALL DOWN PAYMENT ON THE VEHICLE TO SHOW MY GOOD FAITH…ALTHOUGH I WAS NOT ASKED TO DO SO…THE NEXT DAY I TOOK IT TO MY MECHANICS…THEY FOUND A COUPLE OF ISSUES WITH THE CAR…BUT NO DEAL BREAKERS…AND I ASKED THEM TO WRITE THEM DOWN…AND THEY DID…AND I WENT BACK TO CAR NATION AND SHOWED THEM WHAT MY MECHANICS FOUND…CAR NATION SAID THAT IF I STILL WANTED THE CAR…THEY WOULD FIX THE ISSUES AND I COULD PICK UP THE CAR AND TAKE IT HOME WITH ME THE NEXT DAY. THAT WAS FINE WITH ME. THE NEXT DAY…MIKE CALLED ME AND TOLD ME THE CAR WAS READY…I WANTED HIM TO CALL ME BEFORE I CAME DOWN BECAUSE I LIVE 60 MILES AWAY… WHEN I GOT THERE THE NEXT DAY…IT TURNED OUT THAT ONE OF THIER MECHANICS…CHRIS…WHO WORKED ON MY CAR THE PREVIOUS DAY… HAD A FEW EXTRA MINUTES ON HIS HANDS…SO HE TOOK ME ASIDE AND TOLD ME EXACTLY WHAT HE DID TO THE CAR FOR ME…AND SHOWED ME PICTURES…ON HIS CELL PHONE… OF WHAT MY MECHANICS COULD NOT SEE…THE NOT VISIBLE PARTS THAT CAUSED THE PROBLEMS THAT MY MECHANICS COULD SEE…THE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES…SO TO SPEAK… I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THAT… IF THAT WAS NOT “BEING TRANSPARENT,” THEN I DON’T UNDERSTAND THE MEANING OF THE PHRASE. ONE OF THE THINGS THAT MIKE TOLD ME WHEN I FIRST MET HIM WAS THAT CAR NATION PUTS ITS CARDS ON THE TABLE WHEN DEALING WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS…FOR EVERYBODY TO SEE…AND SINCE I HAVE NOW DEALT WITH CAR NATION…AND SEEN THEM DO JUST THAT FIRSTHAND…I’M A BELIEVER… THE LAST COUPLE OF THINGS MIKE DID AT THE CONCLUSION OF DOING BUSINESS WITH ME…WERE…WHEN WE STOOD UP…HE SHOOK MY HAND…THANKED ME FOR BUYING THE CAR…AND SAID, “NOW REMEMBER…WE PUT A WARRANTY ON OUR CARS…AND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG…WE WANT TO HEAR ABOUT IT…WE’RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE…WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE.” TO SUM UP… MANY SMALL CAR DEALERSHIPS…ARE NOTHING BUT LITTLE HUTS…WITH CARS THEY GOT FROM AN AUCTION…SITTING ON THEIR LOTS…OFTEN WITH NOTHING AT ALL HAVING BEEN DONE…MECHANICALLY…WITH THEM BEFORE THEY TRY TO SELL ONE TO YOU. THERE’S NOTHING WRONG WITH A DEALER WHO USES HIS EXPERIENCE AND BEST JUDGMENT TO GET CARS FROM AN AUCTION… BUT… WHAT DON’T YOU SEE AT THOSE DEALERSHIPS?...SERVICE BAYS… STOCKED WITH COMPETENT MECHANICS… READY TO MAKE YOUR CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE… A GOOD ONE. I got this car approximately 3 months ago from a close relative, and I can say there have absolutely been no issues that would make you regret your decision, (knock on wood). The car has never left me stranded, and has always started. When I first got the vehicle I got basic maintenance such as a synthetic oil change, oil filter, an engine filter, and an in-cabin air filter. After some time, the check-engine light appeared due to a thermostat. After one new installment of a thermostat, and some freshly topped coolant, there have been no other issues. I give the comfort rating a 5, due to the spacious interior, and captain-chair seats. I give the interior a 4 because while it may not have "everything" you want, it has everything you need (even coming from a base model). Performance is a 4, because it's not an M3. I give the value a 4 as well simply because of the fact that you can buy one as a consumer fairly priced, and you can sell one as a seller for a decent price. Exterior is a 3, due to the largeness of the vehicle. However, LED brake lights, and rear turn signals are standard, which is really nice. And lastly, other than basic maintenance, and one mishap, I give this car a 5 star rating for reliability.

I purchased my van over 10.5 years ago and it had 14k on it. Its now has 167k miles and still working fine. Had to replace the trans, engine mounts (2 times), and a couple of other things - I think I have spent about $6.5k since I purchased it. But over all it has been a great family van. The backup camera has stopped working consistently and the front seats are waren but other than that it’s great. It’s now time to replace it as I’m having trouble getting it to pass its smog but overall it’s been a great car and would recommend - drives great

The VW Routan is a very reliable family van with a really great look. Very comfortable riding and pleasant to drive. Very good in fuel efficiency and the on board entertainment features(like 3 screens DVD players) are awesome.
