Travis ( the gm ) and his staff are top notch. Addy greeted us at the door and was so professional. She got us connected with Travis in sales and eventually Travis the gm closed the deal. The Travis(s) handled the sale on our new suburban while Astrid lead our finance portion. As someone who loathes car buying experiences, the haggling and gimmicks that waste people’s time, this dealership is a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond sourcing a vehicle for us to ensure we got everything we wanted. The price was fair and we wasted little time getting to a final number, that experience and price couldn’t be beat. From there, Astrid was great at outlining services and finance offers at the dealership. Everyone was kind , courteous, and most of all efficient. There isn’t a dealer like it out there in the Des Moines area that gets you the car you want, is fast to a good price, and finance was fair in describing their services and getting us out the door. Best Vehicle that I ever Owned mileage 264,000 KMS in Canada. Always keep it maintained will last longer when doing oil changes I always add in 1 liter of Lucas engine oil stabilizer, also Transmission oil do the same add 1 liter of Lucas keeps the it from overheating I did an Upgrade Custom LED Lighting Builds I removed All of those nasty dull looking Stock Bulbs, everything is now all LED Lighted all-around with RED Under-glow lighting on my SUV as my paint is Fever Red stock colour, Just finished building a 41 inch Led Light Bar Build 300,000 Lumens in output brightness for the Country Side Roads, where there isn't any street lights. wish I could add some photo's of it all finished, You all would be amazed.

He didn’t try and scam me out of anything I didn’t need and was very gentle and caring when it came to how I felt as a customer. I felt that my vehicle was in good hands the entire time and the communication while my vehicle was in the dealerships was spectacular. Couldn’t have asked for more.

16 year old car; I didn't put a ton of miles on it, had the remote start. I live this car and still drive it. I'm tall and needed to be able to sit comfortably and upright (have spinal stenosis). Loved the remote start so much. It's my zip zip around car. Longer wheelbase made it a little harder to park in those tiny parking spaces at strip malls. Enjoyed immensely taking this car in day trips and weekend get aways. Fam still borrow it for trips. So much room for the passengers, never complaints from passengers. Lots of room to pack what you need. I've had to replace a wheel bearing. The paint is chopping off now {it sits outside in all weather}. The chrome plated wheels started peeling fairly early on but didn't bother me much. They do now have to be sanded when getting new tires to ensure proper seal (they do that at the tire installation shop) otherwise you have a slow leak. I now have to manually turn off the blinkers, but cld pay to have that fixed, just haven't. Speakers still make me happy. I can plug in a phone and listen to my music, but of course too old for a screen or other conveniences. I love my torrent will be sad when it it done and gone.

Only went on to see and test drive a used vehicle. They were very nice about it. Took it out for test drive. Everyone there was polite and friendly and professional. Answered all questions I had. Very pleasant interaction.

Recently purchased a Pontiac Torrent 2008. The purchase price was $2900 and was worth every penny. It is an AWD as well. There are some minor issues that need attention at some point. It runs fantastic. Plenty of power and very comfortable. I am an Aztek fan as well. I own a 2005 and have had the same experience with this car. Would definitively recommend either of these cars. Pontiac made superior automobiles, in my humble opinion.

I sent a msg about an Equinox they have listed. Someone from the dealership did message me back within a half hour. I had asked two questions which did not get answered when they replied. I was asked to call a specific person and then given the name & number to call.

I absolutely hate the console area. No great place to put your bigger drinks am. No place to sit your cell phones. Keys, etc. The area is too small and not easy to get between the two seats. Would love to update it if its possible and put a different type with better cup holders and Ann area to sit items.

The gentleman that work at Lipscomb Auto Group were by far the best car dealers my wife and I dealt with. The experience was great and they were extremely helpful. If in the market for a car I recommend that you go to Lipscomb first.

This car is extra comfortable and easy to drive, my favorite features are the storage areas for my paperwork (stays dry, not crumpled, and within reach), power points, even cup holders, great for travel to meetings, always reliable

I was in the market to purchase a reliable used car for my daughter for under $5k. We had been all over town for a couple of weeks. I want my Pontiac torrent 2009 for two years now. I love everything about this car especially it’s reliability and steering performance. I would recommend this car in a minute and it’s the 2nd best Car I ever owned. My first choice was my Z28 Camaro.

just passed 251,000 mies and still running strong. had to replace cat,and o2 sensors, front shocks/struts. other then that will drive this anywhere at anytime, i run full synthetic oil to keep engine going good. would recommend to anyone, in fact thinking of buying a 2nd 1

My 2008 Pontiac Torrent GXP has been a wonderful car. Very reliable gets me where I need to go has never left me stranded I've owned it for about a year now and the only issue I've had is the A solenoid keeps getting stuck making it to where it won't go to second gear so I have to turn the vehicle off wait about 5 seconds turn it back on again and we're good to go. I took it to a transmission mechanic and instead of just fixing the a solenoid valve that keeps getting stuck on he wanted to rebuild the whole transmission so for me that's just not worth my time. For now I will just continue to turn it off and back on again 🤷‍♀️

this car is heavy and handles well. LOVE IT. Gas milage is very good for an SUV of this weight. We live in the mountains and it handles the curves and the snow.
