A great experience for a 1st time Porsche buyer
So, I’ve waited 6 months to write this review in order to live with the car I purchased from Zweck + put miles on it. And, after 6 months and over 4,000 miles on the car, I can emphatically say they are a wonderful specialist / collector dealership and everything they advertised about the car lived up. Not just in PPI, or on delivery day, but it has held up and been as advertised, or better, for thousands of miles of driving and use. I primarily dealt with Suneal and Yordi on their team, and both were wonderful people to work with. They answered all of my questions, took care of logistics + details for me ahead of time that they didn’t need to do, and more. Their transparency & kindness, combined with how easy they were to work with, allowed me to purchase a car sight unseen (with a PPI, that they organized transport to and from for me) and fly down to Miami and pick it up. That car then drove great and ran like a top like from Miami to Boston, and then back to New York. Not a single issue was had on the car until months later, after a lot of driving, an old plastic wear item disintegrated and left me stranded. It was fixed with a $1,200 upgraded short shift kit from a great supplier, and the car was back running a day or two later. Also, this part could have been replaced with OEM, non upgraded parts for about $150-200 - I just chose to do an upgrade I had picked out before buying the car as a “might as well do it while I’m there” moment. Also, for anyone reading this and thinking negatively about Zweck - don’t. This was a 20+ year old plastic wear item with 67,xxx miles on it, and it happened 4 months and 3,000 miles after I purchased the car from Zweck. No one who is used to driving a classic car like this should expect to never have little wear items go out on you, or cause issues. So, this was NO FAULT of the Zweck team - and to me just goes to show that the rest of the car was in great condition because of their expertise. In my mind, I’m happy for a small part to go wrong than a big one, and Suneal and the team there ensured that I bought an immaculately ready, driver quality car. Which was exactly what I was hunting for. All in all, this is a long winded way of saying I would feel incredibly comfortable buying from Zweck again. And, should I be fortunate enough to be on the hunt for other cool cars in the future, their inventory will be the first I check. Their process is easy, their staff is wonderful, the cars are incredible and my only complaint is that they’re in Miami and I’m in NYC so I can’t easily go drool over their inventory in person frequently. Buy with confidence here. I did, and have not regretted it a single day since.
My car for the past 18 years!
180,000 miles and going strong. I use her all year long and never baby her. I would never give her up unless to replace with one with fewer miles.

911 EXPERIENCE
I BOUGHT MINE AFTER A LOT OF RESEARCH. WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE MOST FUN CAR EVER TO DRIVE. NOT NECESSARILY THE "FASTEST" BUT MOST FUN, BY FAR. STAY WITH THE OLDER AIRCOOLED CARS. THEY ARE EASIER TO WORK ON, PARTS ARE CHEAPER, AND THEY SOUND COOLER. THE MOTORS WILL TAKE A BEATING IF YOU GO WITH 1978 AND NEWER AIR COOLED MOTOR.

I had been looking at C3 Corvette's for almost 2 years
I had been looking at C3 Corvette's for almost 2 years and I finally found my 1979 Corvette with Glass T Tops and a 4-speed manual transmission and a very clean interior and very clean interior. Very good looking Corvette and they called me earlier today and the shipper told me it was ready to be shipped out, so I should have my dream car next weekend. I want to thank Jesse, Daniel and John, for helping me out with the purchase of the Corvette and for setting up the shipping from Los Angeles to Walker County Alabama. And thanks to Camille for helping me out as well. Thanks again Guys, I really appreciate everything you have done for me on this 1979 Corvette. If you're in the stage of looking for a nice Corvette, Call these people and they will hook you up with that Dream Car your looking for. Thanks again to everyone at Beverly Hills Car Club. I now have the Car I've been looking for, for about 2 years of saving up my money, and it has finally paid off being patient. Thanks again Guys, for everything, Steve Black
Good, solid sports car
I have a 1990 Carrera 4 coupe that I will drive until they take away my license. They require superior mechanical skills to maintain, and parts are expensive unless you have relatives in Germany. No, they're still expensive. Who cares? I drove mine from Alabama to Alaska in temperatures from 90 to minus 55, no worries. The 964's require a specific diagnostic tester that you or your mechanic MUST have to properly care for this car. (they cost around $3000 if you can find someone dumb enough to sell it to you - definitely not a do-it-yourself car, unless you have formal training) If you're considering one, make sure someone local has one, or you're going to have a hard time taking care of it. They are neither common nor cheap. (this was before OBD-II). It is called a Bosch Hammer (due to it's shape). The age of the car also suggests that the airbags are due for replacement; this is also expensive. Get a dealer or a very experienced mechanic to do a pre-buy inspection. The right-hand cams seem to have a problem getting oil when they've sat too long, and replacing them costs thousands. They need to be run often to prevent this. The battery will die if you neglect the car for a few days. I think this is intentional on the part of the car because it gets bored sitting around not being driven. Carefully search for the one you like, get a comprehensive inspection done, then drive it 300,000 miles. You'll want nothing else. Ever. Get the book called "The Porsche Companion" and read it before buying. Cheers; Mike
