From my to first phone conversation to my new car delivery the professionals at this dealership were simply the best. Businesslike and professional, not the least bit stuffy or pretentious. The facility is awesome. Negotiation over the price was fact based and efficient. They didn't waste my time or assume I didn't research the market. The sales experience was a pleasure. I drove three hours roundtrip when there is a dealership less than a mile away and it was well worth the time and effort. The whole process, and in particular the delivery, was everything that buying a luxury vehicle should be. The sampling of cars is terrific and if they don't have what you are looking for, Steve, the owner, will find it for you.The cars are pristine and the dealership stands behind their products. The buying experience was an absolute pleasure and Steve, the owner, made everything possible by flat bedding the car that I was interested to my mechanic in Miami for a pre purchase inspection. My mechanic commented that "I would not find a nicer example of a Bentley elsewhere", just as had been represented. At Fort Lauderdale Collection South,the customer matters and it is refreshing to see!

We went out of our way to Ferrari of Fort Lauderdale for the service and professionalism they provide. Cesar Valdez was able to assist us with arranging our car repair, and then went above and beyond to help us get the car back in time before we had to travel. He provided frequent updates and answered all of our questions at any time. Though this dealership is out of our way, we won’t take our car to another, and Cesar Valdez is a big reason we won’t go anywhere else.
