Hands down the best service you could expect! The GM is very accommodating. Diane, in the service department is very knowledgeable, empathetic and charming. I feel comfortable when I go there. I‘ve had my share of lousy service from many places in the past so will be sticking with Porsche Fairfield for a very long time! I first went to Beaverton Porsche in November just to sit in a few cars to see what they were like. I’ve never owned a Porsche. Very impressed. I met the nicest person there, Nawal Maysi. She was very knowledgeable about the cars and knew all the answers to my questions. I had a few follow up questions I sent via email which she immediately answered. I finally went back yesterday (now Feb) and test drove one and bought it. It replaced a Mercedes we had (we have been purchasing different Mercedes models for years). The Macan we purchased seemed to be a step above the Mercedes GLC Pinnacle we were looking at. The staff were way better, especially Nawal. If you’re looking for a Porsche go see Nawal!!

My overall experience with this dealership and sales associates were very pleasant and sufficient. I was able to take my time in selecting my vehicle and was given accurate pricing info as I had already did my research for the car I was interested in. I wasn't pushed into a car I didn't want or desire after I decline to purchase the original car I went to the dealership to test drive. The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

The level of service and professionalism Josh provided far exceeded my expectations and it made my first Porsche experience very memorable. He did an exemplary job of explaining to me everything I needed to know about Porsche, the Macan and the options offered with the various trim levels. From day one, he never made it about selling me a car, but rather finding the car that was a perfect fit for me. I had a very nice late model Porsche for sale that had only been on Autotrader for a day or so when Oliver send me a picture of his business card and invited me to call him. Being suspicious of some sort of scam i looked up his company reviews and was impressed that he was respected by buyers. So i called and, long story short, within 24 hours ne had made me a reasonable offer for my car, wired the funds to my account and picked up my car. An extraordinarily awesome experience.
