Jeff even went to the extent of sending me a photo of the ship my new car was coming on. The personal touch he gave was a fantastic quality that for me went a long way. I came to Porsche of Wichita to look at a used Tesla. I was introduced to Zach and he was great. He wasn't pushy at all and was very honest with all the questions. I even threw him a couple of questions I already knew the answer to to see if he would tell me the truth and he did. The dealership facility is very clean and nice and everyone I interacted with was great. Definitely not your "typical car dealership slimy sales people" vibe. You deal with your personal advisor (in my case, Zach) the entire way through, you don't get passed between people. We ultimately did not buy from them because I was looking at Tesla EV's and decided to go with a new one over used in the end. I would definitely consider any of the Walser dealerships in the future.

You know when your own a Porsche that you?re going to pay a premium to use dealership service department. In my experience and certainly this case it?s worth the money. The attention to detail, level of communication throughout the Repair process, and after Repair follow through has been one of the best service experiences I?ve ever had. My service advisor Heather Lozano went above and beyond for every item that I needed.

I needed tires for my car and Porsche picked my car up and dropped off a loaner. Once the tires were installed and the car had an alignment- they dropped my car back off to my house. Very happy with the service they provide!

Very pleasant experience. Buying a used car out of state without a test drive can be challenging. Scott Cramblett was exceptional in handling all my requests. Cold start, convertible top opening and closing, age of tires and many other questions fully answered. I did purchase the car at a very fair price and looking forward to delivery.

As a busy professional, I greatly appreciate the transparency, efficiency and flexibility of the dealership. In particular, Hall Liles sets the example for all sales representatives. Knowing that I was short on time, he completed all the paperwork in advance, including personally transferring all of my crap from my trade in to my new car (by hand!) and then topping the car off with gas. I was in and out of the dealership in 42 minutes… new keys in hand. Hall is straight forward, accommodating, and makes you feel pampered. I came to the “Porsche club” late in life…I recently found myself needing a car and test drove similar models with Mercedes, BMW..once I put my foot on the pedal of the 911…. There is no way I can ever drive anything else…. And the personal attention sealed it. I am a loyal customer forever

In the end I got the car and all Is well. First things to note, I bought a Porsche without putting my hands on it. Never purchased from these guys either. And I’m kinda particular,I already have a few in my garage, 87, 07, 15, 20 and 22. From the start know this was a 8 year old Cayenne Turbo they seemed like they were too busy to sell this old one. The product rep was a good guy but his manager seemed to a bit of a hard xxx. I did email the GM and again a call would have been nice after my email sharing my experience. He did not, he send a note back that didn’t really address my concerns other than he cleared the way for me to buy the car. Now it may have been an off day or it maybe, like so many of the Porsche dealerships. They’re pretty self important. I gave them a 4 because I got the car I wanted at a reasonable price. But as I begin to look for a gts targa it’ll probable be looking someone else.
