Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

response was good but as like too many dealerships hte person answering the phone does not know much about the car and has to refer the question and that sometimes takes hours or days. Most of these people seem to be on the spot deal makers but are not really car people. Internet is ok but dealerships should have more consistent and knowledgeable people available. Hard for a customer to get information if it isnt already on the website..

While I cannot change the past, now I want to imagine that I have always driven a Porsche or at least Cayenne from the time it was launched. Cayenne looks awesome and drives smoother than a knife cutting through butter. Extremely comfortable to drive short or long distance with lots of comfort options.

We bought a LYRIQ this weekend. Our salesman was Martin He was awesome in his knowledge of the EV we purchased. It was delivered by Martin Saturday evening. Sunday morning we couldn’t get it to start(our stupidity) not knowing it starts when you don’t even it’s started. Martin was kind enough to come over Sunday morning to help us. We were so appreciative. Also “Coach “ gave us excellent info on how the car operates and help w getting a charger put in our garage. In the end we were extremely satisfied. So 5 out of 5 stars !!! I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. Bought a 2015 Dodge Challenger with 5800 miles - great price compared with what the same car is going for today with 40K / 50K more miles. Process was easy. All my friends love the cards and strangers give me compliments. My only complaint was these cars go through an inspection where all problems are fixed. I bought the car in February and by the Summer when I finally turned on the A/C, it did not work. When I went to the repaair shop I was told it would cost me 41000.00 dollars as the hose was broken dehind the instrument panel. In my opinion this should have been caught by CARMAX and fixed before I picked up the car. Otherwise very happy - no problems other than that to date. CARMAX - please fix my A/C??????

I expect this Cayenne to serve as my primary vehicle for next 10 years. At 6 years, 81,870 miles & serviced per factory schedule, it has a good chance. The original owner spent $10,500 in maintenance + factory warranty repaired several major items (costs unknown) + selling dealer spent $3,350 on new tires & new windshield. I think this Cay will only need regular servicing under my ownership, driving it about 5,000 miles per year. Unless the AC or heater system has a failure. I'll update this review if experience warrants.
