Our salesman, Diego Morales, was great. Very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Unfortunately, the paperwork took way too long to complete. It was the last day of the month, however, so I know there may have been more traffic than usual. But we still felt that the process was way too long. Also, the Finance Manager needs to be able to accept a polite ?no, thank you? regarding service plans, and not to persist with questioning us about it. This was not befitting an Audi dealership. A better way to present such Service plans is to give the buyers information about the cost and coverage ahead of time, so clients can make an informed decision about them. Maybe your take-rate would be even better higher this way. It would also cut down on the anxiety experienced by car buyers (and Finance Managers). Also,

Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

He was patient with me as I looked at sev-eral vehicles. He educated me on them all. The finance fella Cesar had me approved in mins! Was searching for a Porsche Boxster, and while there were none in my area that met my criteria, I found a very clean 2002 Boxster S in Duluth. After researching the vehicle thoroughly, and determing they still had it on the lot, we drove the over 200 miles to look it over, with intentions of driving it home if all was wel. I driove well, was very clean, and had no damage. The folks at CARMA were very pleasant, and accommodating, and even wnt so far as to meet our counter offer. We were very impressed with their facility, the quality of vehicles they had, and the friendly and knowledgeable employees. We drove the car home, and are looking forward to enjoying it for many years.

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.
