He took the time give me a call to introduce himself and was very warm, positive and professional. Once my vehicle was ready for pick-up, he called again, greeted me upon my arrival, and did a proper checkout to ensure that the window tint and window seal repair exceeded my expectations. As a brand new Mercedes Benz - Plano service department customer, I am happy to say that Clayton COMPLETELY turned around my overall experience and perceptions of this department. 2012 Porsche Cayenne great luxury and sports vehicle combined into one SUV. Porsche has really out done it with the Cayenne. I've owned Lexus rx 350 and Mercedes ml 500. I enjoy the drive and ride of the Porsche Cayenne much better.

I recently purchased a 911 at Porsche Plano from out of state, which involved a number of logistical challenges. My sales representative Jorge did everything necessary to make this transaction successful; he provided all the information I needed at all times with constant communication, provided several options where relevant, helped resolve any issues that came up, and kept me informed of our progress along the way. The Finance team was very helpful and open and explained everything clearly, completing the paperwork went very smoothly. I even received a followup from the General Manger checking to see if everything was going well and offering assistance if needed. Overall my experience with Porsche Plano was very positive, everyone there was friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend them.

Jordan Vodehnal is professional and excellent sale person. He took the time to show us all available models that we wanted to see as well as many different configurations within the models for us to compare and contrast and to make informed decision. He also prepared us well to complete the process with little time, although we had mo issues spending time at a very welcoming space and environment. Great service from Ricky and Bri. Smooth purchase transaction, not pushy and open to hearing and accommodating requests. Quick responses through email and text to all my questions. The value of my trade-in was lower than expected, and I was not able to work a deal for my Cayman. A bit puzzled and disappointed, but I understand Porsche dealers may have to bring used cars to a certain standard before offering them for resale. Financially, it was better to sell my used car elsewhere.
