You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. Konrad, the Manager of Service Department is a great leader. As for my buying experience, I prefer to build my car myself. I do not need much assistance except placing an order and taking the delivery. Petr is the expert with years of experience and passion. Was looking for an SUV for everyday/long-haul drives that met my priorities - safety, comfort, reliability, fuel economy. This one has them in spades! Superior ride quality, excellent fuel economy (I have the diesel version), and very sporty. The interior is very elegant with well laid out controls. I just wish it had a bit more power (diesel version). Overall, very solid, practical, comfortable, sporty SUV.

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Out of state buyer, so I had the BMW I was interested in sent to the BMW Dealership for a full inspection. They dropped of car as well as picked it up after the inspection. As you would expect the dealership was able to find some concerns. Tony and his team went out of their way to start fixing the issues. During this process I decided to go a different direction and not purchase the car. Tony was very gracious and said he would work on refunding my deposit immediately and hoped we could work together in the future.

Purchased a base Cayenne as a CPO from a local Porsche dealer in 2022 with 34,000 miles (this is my 6th Porsche). Better than any other SUV I have ever owned by far. Fun, reliable, and great looking. And a great deal.

Now that an initial manufacturing defect with my dashboard has been fixed and wood trim has been added, I really love my car. It is a palace on wheels and a truly amazing vehicle to behold. However, to get to this point, I've realized the following: 1) It's critical to find a quality Porsche dealership. While they do exist, they are few and far between. In my area, there is only one that I'd trust to do much more than a routine oil change. 2) Porsche as a manufacturer has a surprising disregard for both quality control and customer service. They expect their dealer network to resolve their shortcomings. 3) Pricing is not fixed or consistent for anything. Even parts and routine maintenance costs. You can save a lot of money by calling around and being informed.

Was a quick and easy experience. No hidden fees, no hassle, and was up front from the beginning. I got a good deal without spending hours to get it. Will do buisness there again.

This review is for 2016 GTS model. After owning this car for a year / 20k miles, it left mixed impressions. Good: - very engaging, fun ride. Especially after installing fabspeed cat bypass and in the sport+ mode, the car sounds amazing - handling is good, its not jumpy on high speeds - interior quality - overall this was my best car to date for long road trips, not only it’s not tiring, but also fun, even on 12 hour drive. - the looks … gts model looks amazing … you cannot tell it from the 2023 model from the front, and the back overall looks better - nice gas tank size, dont need to refuel often - seats are comfortable - the AC and air quality inside the car is very good Bad: - honestly the car has mechanical flaw. You can find more info on this online, but the transmission is jerky on low speed and abrupt during breaking. The car had transfer case changed twice and it did not help. Imo this is the software issue - the v6 engine is weak. Comparing to x6m this is a totally different game. It cannot compete - trunk space is a disaster … the trunk is tiny - overall reliability, there’s been a couple of faults here and there Overall I am confused with the experience. While it was a fun car, I would have expected much more from porsche in terms of reliability and performance. Maintenance of a car is another issue, you can’t just drop by at any decent shop, because most don’t work on porsche. Those that do, are booked or don’t accept the 3rd party warranty

Have had a 2025 Carnival for almost a year. Ourisman has been an excellent dealer to work with, from purchase to service. Purchase experience was excellent. Living with the service is crucial and it has also been excellent. The first regular service was free, timely and excellent. I recommend this car and Ourisman.

I've had only great experiences at Mercedes-Benz of Alexandria. I bought a used 2012 GLK from Michael Prati, who was able to find me the perfect match within my price range. My first Cayenne S was a 2004, which we loved - this is a tremendous upgrade in every aspect. The 2019 is terrific in every detail!
