I purchased my new 2025 Lexus LX 700h Sport and traded in my 2023 Lexus GX . My husband n I walked in to the Lexus at Pembroke Pines dealership just to look at the Lexus LX and check prices, we were not planning to buy a car that day anyhow, a salesperson name Fred approached us and helped us to look at the LX that was available in the property. Fred was so patient and so prompt to answer whatever questions we might have . Fred was with us thru out the day and helping us if we wanted to trade in my GX . We finally decided to trade in my car for the Lx so it was time to crunch in numbers ( you know how that goes back n forth 😂) Fred understood that in our behalf we were trying to get the best numbers n what we wanted to pay monthly on our LX . Fred went back n forth to his manager until manager gave us a great deal what worked for us . I can say from my experience Fred and also the manager that was with Fred went above n beyond our expectations. Our experience with Fred was phenomenal and he is so polite and explained every detail on the LX n showed me how the safety n display features worked. We was so pleased and happy with our salesperson to the end . At the end he made sure we was pleased with the car . I highly recommend to go to Pembroke Pines Lexus dealership and definitely ask for Fred. He has patience and such a happy person and with lots of knowledge. I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

Rachel was also on her A game with her organization. Easy process I arrive sign, Krystal gave me choice to get breakfast while I'm there I selected espresso. I was impressed by diagnostic test sent to my phone with video from A1 Porsche mechanic describing what service car needs. I was able to select services I wanted done this visit. Also found re-call on headlights that needed to be done. Krystal also went out of her way to save me money, what dealership does that? Pick up process was flawless paid thru online link. I dropped loaner off and walked to my car that was washed, and gas tank was filled. Krystal, Rachel are the best team. Porsche is lucky to have quality people on their staff.

My first Cayenne S was a 2004, which we loved - this is a tremendous upgrade in every aspect. The 2019 is terrific in every detail!
