Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

Seems to keep high quality high end used cars. Facility is a bit of of problem being a warehouse, they have to keep moving cars around but the guys don't seem to mind. Overall recommend.

Even though I understand this is an older model I was still disappointed that it doesn't have the bells and whistles one would expect of a Porsche. This car is lacking in, for example, many safety features, Bluetooth, voice capabilities, phone connection.... not available. The car is beautiful and we use it as a second car. Would not have purchased this car if it had been designated as our only vehicle.

There are no more quality dealerships left that I can think of from downtown to the west side! Here is a good one i found though. Quality and selection like no other. They have some of the best and most unique cars out there

Great until the extended warranty ran out And 2023. Cost of replacing a valve and associated work was $5000. Shakes if rear windows open from wind. Aerodynamic so so.

Was looking for an SUV for everyday/long-haul drives that met my priorities - safety, comfort, reliability, fuel economy. This one has them in spades! Superior ride quality, excellent fuel economy (I have the diesel version), and very sporty. The interior is very elegant with well laid out controls. I just wish it had a bit more power (diesel version). Overall, very solid, practical, comfortable, sporty SUV.

David Bouwell - if you don’t want to spend hours at the dealership talking about prices and negotiating back and forth but are short on time and want to get to the point, he is your guy. I’ve bough and leased nearly 8 cars in the last 12 years and have always dreaded going to the dealership to finalize a deal. Same here, I was not looking forward to going in and was telling my wife I’d be back in 3-4 hours, but David has other plans in mind. Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

This was an amazing vehicle to own. It's currently at about 180k miles, and it runs perfectly! It really only needs regular maintenance, to be honest. It's never broken down once.
