Every visit to Mckenna has been beyond my (an OCD Porsche owner) expectations. I was in for a basic service this week and when an additional repair was needed I was immediately offered a loaner car. Wow, another fun Porsche to play with! Now I really have a (first world) problem, as Im tempted to buy a new car... Regarding the service, its simply the best choice to follow the factory recommendations AND have it done at a certified Porsche dealer. My experiences with Mel and his team (Bryce is my advisor), have always reinforced this choice. The prices are fair, and their knowledge of the product and advice are always offered with my best interest in mind. Thats important to me. Now, hopefully Ill be writing another review for the sales team soon!

Great customer service by Carlos in the service department! He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything to me, to best maintain my car. Would recommend Carlos and Porsche South Bay without hesitation!

I owed a 2010 Cayenne GTS and thought that SUV was awesome. Porsche has really stepped up their game. The 2021 Cayenne GTS is very stunning and drives like a 911. Extremely happy so far!!

Turbo GT. Hard to believe it drives as well as my 911 through the mountains. Ride is better than advertised with the lowered ride and stiffer suspension. PTO color is flawless. It does not drive around corners…it deletes them

I was looking for a car for about a week, spending 2-3 hours a day on it. It was very important for me to find a dealer who could help with financing, had a good selection of cars, and had great reviews. That’s how I found this dealership. I bought a car from these guys, and Bryan sold it to me. Big thanks to him! He was polite, professional, and even let me test drive the car by myself. That was really cool because I’ve never experienced that level of trust before. Bryan is a great manager; he wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to upsell me anything. He just let me make my own decisions. The car is in good condition, and for its price, it’s a great value. The guys are so confident in their cars that they even offer a 2-year warranty for a small fee, which you can get up to a month after the purchase. Overall, this is an excellent place to buy a car. Great selection, outstanding value for money, and excellent service. Nobody is rude or pushy, and they won’t force you into anything. For those who may find it helpful, they work with any credit score, meaning even with bad credit, they can help you get financing. They also helped me with insurance. This review is long overdue. Dominique Torres has assisted us multiple times since we got our EQS about a year ago, and each experience has been outstanding. She’s always been a pleasure to work with – easy to reach, quick to respond, and proactive in providing timely updates. Most recently, I had an issue with a headlight. I called Dominique in the morning, and she told me I could bring the car in later that same day. I stopped by House of Imports after work, and Dominique promptly received the vehicle and took care of everything. She even offered a courtesy car in case mine needed to stay overnight, but the issue was resolved in about 30 minutes, and I was back on the road in no time. That’s what excellent service looks like. In recent years, I’ve noticed a general decline in customer service across many places – but not here. Its’s refreshing to work with someone like Dominique who consistently goes above and beyond. This is exactly how you retain clients and turn them into repeat customers.

My first Cayenne S was a 2004, which we loved - this is a tremendous upgrade in every aspect. The 2019 is terrific in every detail!

I was comparing my end of lease option again leasing a new Porsche Macan, the salesman Jason Ha is extremely passion, helpful, and knowledgeable. He provided answers to all my questions. As a resultI am rewarding myself and I driving a new Porsche now. Overall time spend is around 2.25 hours including test driving, finance... High five to Jason and his team, cheer up. Porsche did a nice job on the Cayenne redesign. Car has great lines and the interior instrumentation/ Nav screen has great aesthetics. Best part is the power. It has great acceleration 0-60 in 4.2 seconds for the S. Finally Porsche holds it value if you take care of it.

This car is not just fun to drive, it is SUPER fun to drive!!! The acceleration, the cornering, even the cruise control… man, I love this car. Sometimes I have to pinch myself just to make sure it’s not just a dream.

Even though I understand this is an older model I was still disappointed that it doesn't have the bells and whistles one would expect of a Porsche. This car is lacking in, for example, many safety features, Bluetooth, voice capabilities, phone connection.... not available. The car is beautiful and we use it as a second car. Would not have purchased this car if it had been designated as our only vehicle.
