I wrote a recent negative review on 7/3/23 regarding an incident I experienced at Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach when purchasing a new Targa vehicle. After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

Despite reservations stemming from my partner's Tesla Model X ownership, Harold patiently addressed our concerns, providing insightful guidance on the vehicle's features and performance. Returning to his desk to discuss the financial aspects, we were pleasantly surprised by the arrival of Marjine. Excellent experience, the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were not looking for a purchase of a vehicle however we liked the car right away and he helped us.

I highly recommend you buying your car here. Thanks to Chris and Mo for always returning my calls,texts and emails. They were very patient with me ..showing how to set up etc the car..being my first Porsche and it being electric I needed “lots” of help. The showroom is very clean and comfortable.
