I wrote a recent negative review on 7/3/23 regarding an incident I experienced at Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach when purchasing a new Targa vehicle. After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

A Truly Exceptional I've purchased several cars over the years from various dealerships, and unfortunately, the experience was always the same—poor service, hidden add-ons, and an entire day wasted just trying to get through the process. I was genuinely scared I’d get burned again. I’ve been tricked before with mileage and condition - the photos look one way, in person it’s a disaster. But here, for the first time in a while, everything was as promised. I handed over my money with shaking hands, but now I’m just driving around smiling.

Really nice car. Much quitter than my 2016. The coupe is trendy and it’s a head turner. Only negative is that I have 22 inch rims with a summer tire in the north east so I have to buyer a new winter tires or new rims and tire set for the summer. Other than that the car is beautiful
