Used 2023 Porsche Macan for sale near New Hempstead, NY

Great dealership to work with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Zeeshan, Willie and Akbar and I have to say it was the best interaction I had in any car sales. They were professional, courteous and actually cared about what we wanted. Most importantly, they were honest. Communication was too notch and I was updated every step of the way by text or call. They went out of their way to make sure we had the best sales experience from beginning to end. The car itself is beautiful and they didn't cut any corners in the sale. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any one and when I'm in the market again will definitely be a return customer.

Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. New to the Porsche family with a 2023, fairly loaded Macan base. I have had the vehicle for a month now without complaints. I have owned 40+ cars in my lifetime including Audi, Benz, and domestics. I live in Chicago and this is the perfect car for the city and my occasional jaunts to Michigan and Wisconsin. The driving experience does not compare to any other car I've owned. Tight, solid, quiet, and a joy to drive. Sure the connection to my iPhone is not working but never had an interest in connecting my car to the phone. For 75k, not bad. Don't need the speed or prestige of a T or GTS. So far, pleased with my purchase, kids love it too!!!

Firstly, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. George Mack and Mr. Bernard Birtch, both of whom demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication in accommodating our requirements. However, it was not until the next day that a somewhat reasonable offer was presented, which unfortunately came too late as we had already committed to purchasing a vehicle from an alternative dealership. The primary concern with Route 46 Nissan lies in the presence of additional fees that are not readily apparent and are not disclosed in the original posting on cars.com. These undisclosed charges can be perceived as misleading and can potentially impact the customer's decision-making process. Despite this issue, I must acknowledge the efforts of Mr. George Mack, who made every attempt to waive some of these additional fees, which I genuinely appreciated. In conclusion, if I were to consider purchasing another vehicle from this establishment in the future, I would exclusively engage with Mr. George Mack, based on his exceptional customer service and commitment to addressing customer concerns.

I have bought many cars and trucks in my life and have never been more satisfied with a a salesman, John Anthony or a dealership. I actually ended up trading two cars and the process was seamless with no pressure. The general manager even came out to greet me. Full credit goes to John Anthony because he put me in a better car at a much better deal. He came in on his day off to deliver it to me. I truly enjoyed working this purchase through with him and very much like the car he sold me. Great dealership.

I brought my BMW X5 from this place I must say my experience with these guys especially Branden was very professional, I found these guys has being trust worthy and very cooperative the went beyond the closing time to make sure I got my vehicle the very day even though I got there around 1& 1/2 hour before closing time ...I got there @ around 6:25 pm and the was supposed to closed @8pm...Thanks to Branden and José ( I hope I got his name right) And finally and most importantly the price that the advertised for their vehicle will be the price you will pay , not like others who will tell you the advertised price is after you pay down 20%..I will definitely recommend North Star Mitsubishi to you.
