I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

New to the Porsche family with a 2023, fairly loaded Macan base. I have had the vehicle for a month now without complaints. I have owned 40+ cars in my lifetime including Audi, Benz, and domestics. I live in Chicago and this is the perfect car for the city and my occasional jaunts to Michigan and Wisconsin. The driving experience does not compare to any other car I've owned. Tight, solid, quiet, and a joy to drive. Sure the connection to my iPhone is not working but never had an interest in connecting my car to the phone. For 75k, not bad. Don't need the speed or prestige of a T or GTS. So far, pleased with my purchase, kids love it too!!!

Great customer service by Carlos in the service department! He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything to me, to best maintain my car. Would recommend Carlos and Porsche South Bay without hesitation!

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

To the most amazing lovely and charismatic brand ambassador Ms. Marilyn Baroud and also gorgeous inside out. I just got my New Panamera Platinum Copper Ruby metallic she had to dealer trade the car for me to get me the options and color of my choice. Every visit to Mckenna has been beyond my (an OCD Porsche owner) expectations. I was in for a basic service this week and when an additional repair was needed I was immediately offered a loaner car. Wow, another fun Porsche to play with! Now I really have a (first world) problem, as Im tempted to buy a new car... Regarding the service, its simply the best choice to follow the factory recommendations AND have it done at a certified Porsche dealer. My experiences with Mel and his team (Bryce is my advisor), have always reinforced this choice. The prices are fair, and their knowledge of the product and advice are always offered with my best interest in mind. Thats important to me. Now, hopefully Ill be writing another review for the sales team soon!

In 2016, I bought my 2017 Porsche Macan fully-loaded at Downtown L.A. Porsche. The sales experience – from test driving four different Porsche SUV and sports-car models, to the calm negotiations – was the most professional in 31 years of car-purchases. Yet, my 2019 customer service and car repair EXCEEDED this positive sales experience. The one throughline in these experiences is DTLA GM Victor Ghassemi. In short, my tires were defective and there was a battery issue. After I talked with a closer dealer who tried to upsell me roughly $3000 in repairs, I reached back to Downtown L.A. Porsche. Within 48 hours, Victor’s professional driver picked-up (and later delivered) my Macan for free. Victor took care of every issue with astonishing generosity. DTLA Porsche service representative Irwin delivered Victor’s directives with organization and timeliness. The whole experience once again made other car brands and service pale in comparison.
