Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

I have been followed my Porsche sales manager Tim Churchill over 10 years, I consider myself is a very picky customer. Tim just knows my taste/preferences on the cars, and he will always be able to get what I am exactly want. So, thank you Tim for taking care of us for all these years!

I am a big Porsche enthusiast and this place's showroom is full of gems. Dealership was clean and very nicely kept up. I was greeted by Samuel Chocholac and he was super hospitable! Showed me a bunch of cars and then we started talking about our watch collections and we hung out for a few hours. Needless to say he's not just a sales person. He makes you feel like you are a part of his circle/family. He introduced me to some of his friends in his circle who are also car collectors and had similar tastes as me. I later realized that he was a social media super star and had half a million followers on his account haha! Amazing! I do have a new GT car on order through Sam as well. Can't wait! Great customer service by Carlos in the service department! He was knowledgeable, thorough, responsive and attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns and explain everything to me, to best maintain my car. Would recommend Carlos and Porsche South Bay without hesitation!

We purchased a new Macan 4S (EV) in February from this dealership, and it was a great experience... 1. careful "build"- we normally special order cars like Porsches, as lot cars don't have items that really finish the car. Not so with these guys- the car was built very carefully. I figured it had to be a special order- but no- they just take time 2. Sales Assoc Giovanni was polite, responsive, and direct. Very straight forward. Negotiations took less than 1 minute and he offered a competive price (we've been looking). 3. they knocked themselves out to get the car detailed and get us out quickly. I am not an "easy grader" - but these guys did a great job and we will definitely buy again.

Service team is always helpful and knowledgeable. Simon is the best, I always leave feeling good about the service, and not feeling like I got ripped off. Response time is very prompt.

A friend of my wife and I is a personal friend of Porsche Newport Beach General Manager Tim Tabor. We talked to Tim and he made sure the sales manager on site on the Saturday we were in the dealership took care of us. We worked with Matt Gemici during the sales process. The whole process was very professional and not rushed.

Live out of town. Completed the deal by phone, text and email. Couldn't be happier with the service provided throughout. Wish I could have experienced the Porsche process in person, but it wasn't possible for me. Nonetheless seamless. Lidia Grasso was great to work with as was the finance dept.

At Newport Auto, Sasha Poleshuk, did an amazing job helping me find the perfect Porsche MACAN SUV. He spent hours, days helping me decide in person, or by text, which car and which color. He helped me navigate the possibility of tariffs if we were to order a car. His patience and kindness made the difference in helping me choose to pick a car from the inventory. I purchased the car but he also made arrangements with the dealership to hold the car for a couple of days. I was so thrilled when I brought my husband and a friend to pick up the car. After a terrible experience at Rusnak! I had the car there(Rusnak Service Dept." for 5 days with an appointment before they did a "Check Engine Light" Like.. come-on! Really!? I decided to take my Porsche out of there and called Porsche Downtown in L.A. and made an appointment for tomorrow morning with Andy Acevedo Service Advisor. Great guy! I dropped my car the next day and they gave me a beautiful loaner. Which Rusnak never offered me the last four times I had brought my 991. I received a call from Andy around 2 p.m. and told me they replaced a defective engine thermostat and the vehicle was ready for pickup! Like Wow! THANK ANDY AND L.A. PORSCHE FOR THE GREAT SERVICE!
