I have been a customer of this dealership for over thirty five years.m for both new car purchases and service. The most recent was for service. I was driving by the dealership last week and I stopped by to make an appointment to fix an issue with my rear hatch lock was stuck in a locked position. They took my car in and within 15 minutes they were able to determine that the locking actuator was broken along with several other parts. They went over the estimate to repair and ordered the parts which would take two days to receive. They gave me a ride home and three days later I was notified that my car was ready and they delivered back to my home. They also washed and vacuumed my car. I have to commend service manager Jeremy Heskett for his professionalism, knowledge, friendship and his dedication to his entire staff. I also want to thank Clint Gallagher for keeping me informed as the work progressed. Lastly I want to head service technician Bill Carty who has been with the dealership for 39 years. It?s been a pleasure working with a team that I can trust to do a professional job.

I recently acquired my first Porsche, a new 2017 Boxster S with manual transmission. Jeff Akasten was my sales guy and in addition to being friendly and knowledgeable, he went the extra mile to source the vehicle I wanted from CT and arranged transport so I could take delivery on the day I wanted; no easy task as the transaction came together quickly and all of the dealer's normal drivers were unavailable. I was in the market for a car to replace my Lexus RX 300. I've owned 3 RX's over the past ten years and was ready for something new, more fun, and something my husband would enjoy driving as well. The salesman, Jamie Chomo, rolled out the red carpet and turned my husband, a die-hard BMW owner and driver of an M3, into a believer. We were treated so well and so impressed with them that we drove the extra miles back to Nashua to buy the car. Once I picked the exact car, Jamie was willing to negotiate a fair price and I left feeling great. I can honestly say in all my 30 plus years of car buying this has never happened before. If you are even considering the Macan, do yourself a favor and schedule a test drive with Jamie at Porsche of Nashua and bring your checkbook because you will probably leave with one.

Cars.Com paired me up with Nashua Porsche, which is a little far from us, but I setup an appointment for Saturday morning to view new/used Macans. Upon arrival we met Jim Horgos, who could not have been nicer and was very professional. He set us up with a Macan test drive and sent us on our way. When we returned .. we struck a deal in about 20 minutes for an almost brand new beautiful Macan. No haggling. No dissing our trade-in. Just straight up deal making. Jim followed up with us after the sale and stayed late on Monday (13 hour day) to deliver the car to us when we wanted it. The best part was going through the features of the car with Jim before we left. He knew the car inside and out without even looking at the buttons. Very impressive for such a complex car. Since then he has followed up with several emails. Jim was a pleasure to work with, an asset to Porsche Nashua, and I would highly recommend working with him if you are looking for a straight deal on a new/used Porsche.
