Mercedes Benz of Washington (PA) diagnosed and fixed a problem another MB dealership caused. From the moment I walked in the door I knew I was in good hands with service writer Amy Nelson. I did not have an appointment for a Service B but Amy quickly got me in and arranged for a driver (Dale! Who was awesome!) to take me back to my office. A problem was found under the hood that only the MB dealership where I purchased the car could have caused. This is where Service Manager Bob Anderson came in. Bob went above and beyond to get my car properly fixed and out the door in record time. Come to find Bob has been at this dealership for 35 years. Unheard of these days! Bob and staff provided me with the utmost care and for that I am most thankful.

I have dealt with many dealers in my time and Kings Mall Porsche is one of the best. Ron (my salesman) couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. This place deals in some high end, very expensive, and very nice, exotics, sports cars, luxury cars, and super cars. Although they also deal in some well maintained low mileage classics and collectibles also. I probably bought one of the less expensive examples that they had for sale, and I can honestly tell you I felt like the same way that they would treat someone purchasing a high end high five figure or six fixture exotic, sports car, super car, or similar. Exceptional. High end, high class, outfit. Made me feel special like I was their only customer. Usually got back to me within minutes when I had a question, and I had a lot of them, or within the same day at the latest. I highly recommend. I will definitely be shopping there again for my next special interest, classic, sports car, supercar, luxury car, or classic motorcycle purchase.

I just purchased a new Audi Q7 from Audi Miami South. Ariel our sales consultant and the General Manager Florin Nista made the entire process simple and enjoyable. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. The entire car purchase experience at Porsche Littleton (previously known as Stevinson Imports) was truly exceptional from start to finish!!! As a second time buyer from this dealership, I have had an opportunity to meet several individuals who are part of the team at Littleton.
