I was skeptical. I am a believer in authorized dealer service and have been using authorized dealers for more than twenty years, on vehicles purchased new and kept for that length of time. In the case of the 911, I had tried three dealers in my area, all with disappointing results. Porsche Irvine was a refreshing change. Every part of the experience from the onlne appointment, to the greeting by my service advisor, to the quality of work performed, to the convenient transport arrangement while my car was at the dealer were all first class experiences. From his documenting of my problem, to taking photos prior to service, to his excellent follow up and statusing, and delivery of the finished car, he was exceptional. No upselling, no suggesting work I didn't need, no new problems when I picked up the car, just a clean professional service experience. I am delighted to have found a dealer I can trust.

The selling price of the cars appears to be higher than competitors. A one-price no negotiations is also a form of monopoly especially when multiple dealers with the same brands are owned by AutoNation.

I am a big Porsche enthusiast and this place's showroom is full of gems. Dealership was clean and very nicely kept up. I was greeted by Samuel Chocholac and he was super hospitable! Showed me a bunch of cars and then we started talking about our watch collections and we hung out for a few hours. Needless to say he's not just a sales person. He makes you feel like you are a part of his circle/family. He introduced me to some of his friends in his circle who are also car collectors and had similar tastes as me. I just picked up my new car last Sunday. Lidia Grasso, my sales person, has been exceptionally throughout the entire process. My previous Porsche Cayenne was serviced at dealership for 8 years. Jason Sands, my service advisor over all those years has also been exceptional to work with.

New renovation of this location is really nice. Showroom and service drive are much nicer now. Simon was my service advisor and had been using him.

the new facilities are great. the communication throughout my visit was very good and they did exactly what they said they would do. Evan is my go to guy and he always makes me feel like he is interested ins making sure I am completely satisfied.
