The service provided is always outstanding, and the customer interaction is exceptionally positive! The dealer service recommendations are followed consistently. The biodegradable windshield washer hose is vulnerable to being eaten by rodents. Rodent-proof hose should be used.

Porsche Woodland Hills has a fantastic team of staff always a great selection of cars and can trade cars with other dealerships. Pleasant experience in my 1st time servicing our Porsche at Porsche Irvine. Very nice facility, fast and efficient service. Henry my advisor was very nice and kept me informed about the process during my time there while I waited. Along the way I received a narrated video for the technician as he described the work performed and a visual inspection of our Porsche 911 the have a nice customer lounge and provided drinks and snacks

Great service from Ricky and Bri. Smooth purchase transaction, not pushy and open to hearing and accommodating requests. Quick responses through email and text to all my questions. The value of my trade-in was lower than expected, and I was not able to work a deal for my Cayman. A bit puzzled and disappointed, but I understand Porsche dealers may have to bring used cars to a certain standard before offering them for resale. Financially, it was better to sell my used car elsewhere.
