Buying a car here was efficient, direct and a pleasure. The folks we dealt with, Viviana G., Anthony R. and Jake S. were honorable, delivered what they promised and conducted business in a very professional manner. There was no bait and switch, no misrepresentation and no false promises. Everything promised was delivered and it all was done in a cheerful and cooperative manner. When it was time to deliver my Lamborghini Huracan, Bernardo V. was outstanding. He explained every detail taking time but not too much time. I was treated like royalty from the time I drove into the service area until the time we drove the car off the lot. Folks at this dealership understand time is money (for me and for them) and they don't want to fool around if you are just a Lookey Lou! I like details and like to document my cars and I went to an extreme in asking questions about this car's history. Every single question was answered in detail and done without a single complaint. When any bumps arose in the process (I'm in Massachusetts and the car was titled in NY) they were straightened out quickly and the paper process was totally covered. I really appreciate the positive attitude displayed, the willingness to negotiate when it was appropriate but also the direct discussion when the bottom line numbers had been reached. I don't write a lot of reviews but Manhattan MC deserves every word of praise you read above.

Excellent experience with the service department. Honest and efficient. They give detailed reports and even send video of the diagnostic testing.

Had to leave my Cayenne for service and was given a loaner that was very enjoyable to use. My service consultant Kelly Brach could not be any more pleasant and made the whole experience as smooth as possible. When I picked up my vehicle it was glowing, actually cleaner than when I bought it. I could not be any more pleased with my whole experience at Porsche of Huntington.

Contacted South Shore service department for a last minute service. Gloria, in service dept, was accompanying and got me right in. It’s our second car being purchased from Maurice at Porsche Englewood. Maurice is always very thorough during the process, he actually drove the car out to our house for us to see it before we made our decision to move forward..he took care of all the back office paperwork to get us out of the existing vehicle and into the new one. Was less then impressed on a previous visit, but didn't realize that the car I wanted to test drive, was unavailable due to showroom construction and NOT the fact that the dealership didn't have time for a test drive. Overall, the dealership has been a positive experience... A recent trip on June 23, 2018 was a very favorable experience. I received a very fair number for my trade in as well as a nice discount on the car I was interested in. Excellent visit!! Sometimes there is more than meets the eye...!
