I mostly dealt with Mason Gilchrist but also Mathew Anthony during the purchase experience of my vehicle. Both Gentlemen are top-tier professionals. Mason was always courteous and promptly addressed my concerns and questions. I have a good feeling that he will help me to resolve any possible car issues the future. Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

Just got a Macan at Porsche Ontario. I have spent only 2.5 hours at the dealer. Everything went smoothly. If I buy another Porsche, I must see Tyson Toeller.
