Contacted South Shore service department for a last minute service. Gloria, in service dept, was accompanying and got me right in. She was very professional, got the oil changed and had the car washed and ready as promised. I recommend their service department as far as the accommodating service I received.

It’s our second car being purchased from Maurice at Porsche Englewood. Maurice is always very thorough during the process, he actually drove the car out to our house for us to see it before we made our decision to move forward..he took care of all the back office paperwork to get us out of the existing vehicle and into the new one. Had to leave my Cayenne for service and was given a loaner that was very enjoyable to use. My service consultant Kelly Brach could not be any more pleasant and made the whole experience as smooth as possible. Was less then impressed on a previous visit, but didn't realize that the car I wanted to test drive, was unavailable due to showroom construction and NOT the fact that the dealership didn't have time for a test drive. Overall, the dealership has been a positive experience... A recent trip on June 23, 2018 was a very favorable experience. I received a very fair number for my trade in as well as a nice discount on the car I was interested in. Excellent visit!! Sometimes there is more than meets the eye...!
