Alina is wonderful. This was our first Porsche purchase and she was patient and encouraged us to explore the car. We purchased a HOT car, people were in line to buy it (literally standing there). She gently guided us through the process without being pushy. She is great!and is our sales person from now on. The finance department was wonderful and everyone was very nice. I have consistently had an outstanding experience at Porsche Waukesha. Jeff Friess worked patiently and found the ideal Porsche for my needs. He is always attentive and provides an exceptional level of customer service. I have also been very impressed with the service department when I bring my vehicles in for service. There are dealerships closer to my home in Green Bay but the outstanding service and customer care I receive at Porsche Waukesha is worth the drive.

From the moment we walked in and met with Jimmy service was first class. He provided information, and showed us patience and professionalism. When other information was needed he quickly brought in Dina with education and Andrew from finance. Jimmy was kind, professional and ensured time was taken to make us feel comfortable and welcomed - BRAVO on the first class experience!

Although I didn't purchase from Neillo Porsche I am still considering doing so. I was treated very fairly and with professionalism throughout the process. I would recommend Lee Perkins to anyone looking for a Porsche...he is customer focused, easy to talk to and I always thought he was my advocate throughout the process. Hopefully the right car will show up and then I will work with Lee again to purchase it. Call him...you won't regret it.

I think I bought the least expensive car on the lot (used Honda) and honestly they all treated me like I was buying a new Porsche off the showroom floor. I always dread the car buying experience, and just coming off a terrible experience with another dealer, they all far exceeded any expectations. A+ all around.

My husband and I purchased two brand new vehicles yesterday from Mercedes Benz of Lehigh Valley. The customer service there was exceptional. Our salesman was Dave Cooke. Dave is Awesome! He was very professional, knowledgeable, personable and really made us feel at home. All of the staff there are very welcoming. It's like one big happy family. Elijah, the F & I Manager was awesome as well. He thoroughly went over all of the paperwork. He is very knoledgeable.There wasn't one question that we asked that he couldn't answer. After the purchase, we were greeted by two General Mangers who introduced themselves and congratulated us which I thought was very nice. I apologize for not remembering their names. Beth, the customer experience manager also introduced herself, congratulated us, explained her role and also told us that when we were ready to get our vehicles serviced, she would send someone to our home to pick our vehicles up, drop us off a loaner and bring our vehicles back when they are done. How awesome is that! And she knows we live a hour away. Talk about Customer Service! I also had the pleasure of speaking with James Lewis, he was also very welcoming. James let me know that if Dave wasn't available, he would be more than happy to assist me. Thank you James! All I can say is, it was very nice to go into an establishment and feel so welcomed. Switched to servicing my 911 with Porsche Annapolis after a god-awful experience with Porsche Bethesda. Communication was great, video assessment of the car (outlining work that needed to be done) was helpful, and Jamie/team were incredibly responsive along the way. Definitely will return.
