Michael and team were great to work with. There was a delay because a part was not immediately available. Michael was in contact frequently keeping me updated and extended the loaner for as long as necessary. Really made everything work as well as possible given complications beyond anyone’s control. I have been a customer of this dealership for over thirty five years.m for both new car purchases and service. The most recent was for service. I was driving by the dealership last week and I stopped by to make an appointment to fix an issue with my rear hatch lock was stuck in a locked position. They took my car in and within 15 minutes they were able to determine that the locking actuator was broken along with several other parts. They went over the estimate to repair and ordered the parts which would take two days to receive. They gave me a ride home and three days later I was notified that my car was ready and they delivered back to my home. They also washed and vacuumed my car. I have to commend service manager Jeremy Heskett for his professionalism, knowledge, friendship and his dedication to his entire staff. I also want to thank Clint Gallagher for keeping me informed as the work progressed. Lastly I want to head service technician Bill Carty who has been with the dealership for 39 years. It?s been a pleasure working with a team that I can trust to do a professional job.
