I am a big Porsche enthusiast and this place's showroom is full of gems. Dealership was clean and very nicely kept up. I was greeted by Samuel Chocholac and he was super hospitable! Showed me a bunch of cars and then we started talking about our watch collections and we hung out for a few hours. Needless to say he's not just a sales person. He makes you feel like you are a part of his circle/family. He introduced me to some of his friends in his circle who are also car collectors and had similar tastes as me. I later realized that he was a social media super star and had half a million followers on his account haha! Amazing! I do have a new GT car on order through Sam as well. Can't wait! Samuel Chocholac is the best sales person I have dealt with in my many years of buying and selling cars. I didn't think it would happen at a Porsche dealership but this was literally the easiest and quickest car purchase I have ever had in my life. I called Marilyn and asked about a particular car that I had been searching for months trying to find. Marilyn and her team gave me a GREAT price and I drove 2 hours out there to pick up the car that day. I was in and out and back home in a matter of hours. I had called nearly every other Porsche dealer in the So. Cal. area and none were as fair, transparent, or attentive as Woodland Hills.

My service representative was Jason. He was thorough, pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. I had a tricky problem and Jason took care of it very quickly and effectively. Needless to say, I was extremely impressed!!!

I was comparing my end of lease option again leasing a new Porsche Macan, the salesman Jason Ha is extremely passion, helpful, and knowledgeable. He provided answers to all my questions. As a resultI am rewarding myself and I driving a new Porsche now. Overall time spend is around 2.25 hours including test driving, finance... High five to Jason and his team, cheer up. My go to dealership always as customer service from advisor and consultant to mechanic and to all staff there has been great and issues when working with them!

Brought my preowned car for troubleshooting while it was under warranty. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism. Only complaint is it’s so busy here that sometimes difficult to reach a service advisor just to ask questions to see if you need servicing. You essentially have to make an appointment to get someone to call you back. But once you have a service advisor assigned it’s a much smoother process. Quick in and out for drop off and pick up very efficient. Carlos was great. Kept me in the loop with updates. Also nice that they’ll give you a loaner car when available.

What an incredible experience. Porsche Woodlands is a top notch dealership. I was extremely impressed with their customer service and extensive knowledge of the product. Brandon was very professional and helped find the exact Porsche I was looking within 2 days.. I can't say enough about this dealership. I highly recommend Porsche Woodland Hills. Porsche Woodland Hills has a fantastic team of staff always a great selection of cars and can trade cars with other dealerships. Service, mechanic automotive repairs are outstanding which is everything that's expected (AIM high) for ones investment. Secondly, as a consumer looking for a great price and quality automotive repairs allow me to drive my vehicle as expected feeling safe. Thus, Jenny, Brice and management are awesome ambassadors of what Porsche represents...fast racing machine of excellence.

Every visit to Mckenna has been beyond my (an OCD Porsche owner) expectations. I was in for a basic service this week and when an additional repair was needed I was immediately offered a loaner car. Wow, another fun Porsche to play with! Now I really have a (first world) problem, as Im tempted to buy a new car... Regarding the service, its simply the best choice to follow the factory recommendations AND have it done at a certified Porsche dealer. My experiences with Mel and his team (Bryce is my advisor), have always reinforced this choice. The prices are fair, and their knowledge of the product and advice are always offered with my best interest in mind. Thats important to me. Now, hopefully Ill be writing another review for the sales team soon!

The Staff at Porsche Long Beach replied promptly and answered all the questions that I needed answered. Maybe I'll have a chance to do business there another time.
