We just purchased a new Cayenne. From ordering right thru delivery, the people at Porsche Exchange made us feel special. They made the whole process fun! Alina is wonderful. This was our first Porsche purchase and she was patient and encouraged us to explore the car. We purchased a HOT car, people were in line to buy it (literally standing there). We?ve had Mercedes and BMWs for many years and never had service like this. Even when I get a nail in a tire, they get me right in and thankfully with the tire warranty they replace it quickly and never a delay. Although I didn't purchase from Neillo Porsche I am still considering doing so. I was treated very fairly and with professionalism throughout the process. I would recommend Lee Perkins to anyone looking for a Porsche...he is customer focused, easy to talk to and I always thought he was my advocate throughout the process.
