I wrote a recent negative review on 7/3/23 regarding an incident I experienced at Champion Porsche in Pompano Beach when purchasing a new Targa vehicle. After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

Recently purchased a Volvo XC40 R-Design from Charles Dabney, Sales Professional. Can’t tell you how PERFECT the deal was from beginning to end! Lee handled the financing effortlessly. All I had to do was sign - then grab the keys. Charles made sure that the car was detailed; filled with gas - and Calvin, Sales Asst, went through every detail of the immediate operation of the vehicle and explained ALL of the bells and whistles. I do not provide feedback to anyone unless the experience was excellent (Prior bad experiences). My experience at Napleton was excellent! Jessica, Brian and Julian were friendly, personable and yet professional. Email responses were timely and addressed any concerns or questions I had. The ppf was a late minute addition that was quickly addressed so that the car could be picked up on schedule. The car was prepared and detailed, looked new (CPO). The hospitality was very accommodating. The show room was filled with some really impressive cars. Overall a I left with a very satisfying experience and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

We had a wonderful experience. Everyone was so professional and helpful. We absolutely love our dealer Apollo he is the best ever! We also loved the finance gentleman. I recently purchased a 911 at Porsche Plano from out of state, which involved a number of logistical challenges. My sales representative Jorge did everything necessary to make this transaction successful; he provided all the information I needed at all times with constant communication, provided several options where relevant, helped resolve any issues that came up, and kept me informed of our progress along the way. The Finance team was very helpful and open and explained everything clearly, completing the paperwork went very smoothly. I even received a followup from the General Manger checking to see if everything was going well and offering assistance if needed. Overall my experience with Porsche Plano was very positive, everyone there was friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend them.

Heather at the service department is always professional, appointments are on time, I’m told of all needed work before and after service is done. She is knowledgeable about all VW products, and is always concerned about her customer’s satisfaction.
