The quality of service is outstanding. You can be absolutely confident that your service issues will be addressed correctly. The service area is immaculate and the staff particularly Diane Bodge are very courteous. However it is difficult for me to justify the expense for the service. I just had the 40 k with the replacement of the window control unit due to a broken switch. The bill is over 2000 dollars. I have a 2014 boxter s. They are wonderful cars. Extremely reliable.

Excellent sales team. Anna my sales person kept me informed about the car and when it was due to be delivered and made the entire sales process seamless. I was introduced to Dan, the manager and he was great as well.

While at the end of the day I did not buy the car I wanted, the follow up and response to my questions were fast and informative...I wish I had been a bit faster on my feet, but I was too slow. Betsy and Ernest were great.

I spent many months looking for a 2017 Porsche Cayenne. After 4-5 months I came across a 2017 Cayenne S E -Hybrid, Black, loaded at Porsche Fairfield CT. I hesitated to contact them since they were 2 1/2 hrs from where I live. I finally reached out and Mark Ward-Willis contacted me. We talked over the next several days about the car and about my trade. He gave me a quote for my trade, and we discussed a few things I would want cleaned up on the Cayenne. Mark promised he would take care of it, and promised that they would not give me any less for my tade then we discussed. We agreed on a price for the Cayenne and we agreed on a date for me to drive up and purchase the car. Due to a pending tropical storm and then a funeral, I had to move the date out a few days. Mark was very accommodating. He couldn't had been more flexible. When we arrived at the dealership, my wife and I met Mark. He told us to take the car for a ride as long as we liked. After the ride I pointed out a couple of cosmetic things and Mark quickly took care of it. While Mark did that, we sat down with Tony to sign the paperwork. Tony was a great guy also with a great personality. Both Mark and Tony were very sincere. They did not try to back off from anything we had agreed on. I was worried about that since I was travelling from a distance. Since the purchase, Mark has followed up with me several times to see how things were going. I really appreciated it, since it gave me a chance to ask some post purchase questions. I would not hesitate again to purchase a car from Mark and Porsche Fairfield and as a matter of fact, they would be one of my first stops.

This is the very first car I have ever purchased. I have been to over a dozen dealerships and it was this particular dealership I decided that I wanted to do business with. Joy was the person who was there for me every step of the way. She is very friendly, always has a genuine smile on her face, and showed care and concern for me throughout the buying process. She did not pressure me, she told me that I don't have to buy the vehicle if I didn't want to. Her main concern was my happiness, and that meant a lot to me. Joy was the main reason why I decided to do business with Jack Daniels Porsche. The staff was helpful and friendly. They worked with my budget, and helped me get into the vehicle that I wanted. Hands down the best service you could expect! The GM is very accommodating. Diane, in the service department is very knowledgeable, empathetic and charming. I feel comfortable when I go there. I‘ve had my share of lousy service from many places in the past so will be sticking with Porsche Fairfield for a very long time! Buying a car here was efficient, direct and a pleasure. The folks we dealt with, Viviana G., Anthony R. and Jake S. were honorable, delivered what they promised and conducted business in a very professional manner. There was no bait and switch, no misrepresentation and no false promises. Everything promised was delivered and it all was done in a cheerful and cooperative manner. When it was time to deliver my Lamborghini Huracan, Bernardo V. was outstanding. He explained every detail taking time but not too much time. I was treated like royalty from the time I drove into the service area until the time we drove the car off the lot. Folks at this dealership understand time is money (for me and for them) and they don't want to fool around if you are just a Lookey Lou! I like details and like to document my cars and I went to an extreme in asking questions about this car's history. Every single question was answered in detail and done without a single complaint. When any bumps arose in the process (I'm in Massachusetts and the car was titled in NY) they were straightened out quickly and the paper process was totally covered. I really appreciate the positive attitude displayed, the willingness to negotiate when it was appropriate but also the direct discussion when the bottom line numbers had been reached. I don't write a lot of reviews but Manhattan MC deserves every word of praise you read above.

I inquired about a 2017 CPO Cayenne they had listed. I was contacted by John Del Tatto very quickly. I live a long way away and didn't want to waste his or my time. I asked a ton of questions. He responded wia email during working ours and text after hours. When we got there the car was EXACTLY as he said it would be. My wife loved it. We negotiated the trade - which they were very fair about. John was the most honest car salesman I've ever dealt with. The other reviews on here are pretty old. Things must have changed for the better.

It’s our second car being purchased from Maurice at Porsche Englewood.
