Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. All work was done quickly and efficiently! I came in because a message came up that the I was losing pressure on my right tire. I knew this meant it had taken a nail or some object that had punctured it. I immediately called my service advisor, Luis Pagani and he told me to come right over. I also got an oil change that was needed while my car was in the shop. I chose not to wait and was provided with Lyft both ways by the dealer.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !

After discussing the details of this incident with both the GM, Mr. Mike Peters, Jr. and the Regional VP, Mr. A. J. Arvas, they both went above and beyond what I consider meticulous customer service to correct the problem. Both listened intently to my concerns and we all worked together to resolve this incident. I am awaiting delivery of my new vehicle.

Great car,have owned BMW, Audi's Mercedes Amg, this has all them beat...love this Porche Macan! Will buy another one without hesitation, beauty and guts is my description of this great suv!
