Bought 2023 Macan T. I traded in my aging 911 for it. I did not buy another 911 because they have become too big and expensive. The Macan T is a fun car to drive if you are actively trying to drive it. The back seats are tight. The PCM is frequently confounding or crashes and won’t play any media unless you stop the car, turn it off then open the door close the door and restart it. The fit and finish is excellent. The upgraded seats are good. I can’t activate the around view monitor unless I put it into reverse. The dealer wants 300.00 to connect the my Porsche app on iPhone to the car. Porsche corporate is helpful and has normal humans that answer the phone. The PDK is fun and the exhaust has some fun subtle sounding pops. It’s like a refined hot hatch car but not really a great highway car. The base stereo is plenty good enough. Styling is top notch. Adaptive cruise works but needs supervision while using. The rear wiper appears cheap and flimsy. Should have been mounted from the top of the rear glass. The guages in the day are too dark not lit up and hard to see. The back up camera has poor resolution and has a strange perspective making it less useful. It’s a fun, clever designed expensive car with tech flaws that you have to overlook to enjoy the car. If you buy a slightly used one from a Porsche dealer you can get your warranty close to 6 years. Service is expensive probably to pay for giving you a loaner.

Setting up the appointment took less than five minutes on the phone. Eric had my records at his fingertips within the first minute. Dropped off my car the day after, they had it on the list and whisked it away. The loaner car was a black macan, fully equipped. I was out less than fifteen minutes after arrival. Eric gave me a status in the afternoon, told me the issue and asked to keep My cayman for another day to get the part. The next afternoon the part was installed, car road tested and ready. This time I was in and out in ten minutes, no arguing or hidden charges. My car was washed and vacuumed, no trace of any work. I cant imagine anything easier.

This was the easiest experience yet, in buying a car. The entire staff was kind, helpful, lighthearted and professional. Recently purchased the 2020 Macan GTS, so still in 'honeymoon' phase. That said, no issues to report. Pretty amazing how the vehicle can change personalities. Can be Dr. Jeckyl - smooth, quiet, refined touring car. Click a few buttons and its Mr. Hyde - growling, fast, quick steering tall hatchback that is ready for twisting roads or highway blast. Not encountered a vehicle that does this touring/sport change as well. Another standout for the 2020 is ability to go 'old school' buttons/analog - or modern digital interfaces. Like all the buttons, once you get to know them. Quick and less distraction from road. Rear seat is snug for anyone over 6 foot. Chose this over the Audi SQ5 - but it was a close contest. GTS wins on driving dynamics, but SQ5 is a wonderful luxury experience. Hard to resist the Porsche once you drive it. Does the luxury part pretty darn well too. Wow.

My electric Taycan was completely discharged as I got home at midnight and even the 12volt battery was dead because the car had no power i was partially on my driveway but my charging cable did not reach. Had ro leave it like that overnight. I contacted Santa Clarita service dept in the morning and told.them of my situation. The technician. I spoke with was completely helpful and rght away told me that the foreman could come out and assess the situation. Brian called me in 20 minutes that he was on his way. He jumped started the car so he could access the trunk and power the 12v battery and open the charge port. He ran a diagnosis and then pulled out an extension cable so I could charge. I am so gratefully and thankful for the excellent customer service skills of the service department. What a life saver.

I absolutely love the way this car drives. You almost forget it is an SUV. Interior amenities and technology are lacking compared to comparable vehicles. There is a lack of good storage in the cabin. The options a pricy as in the Porsche tradition. You forget these things once you start driving. Since I got it, I figured a way out to make my commute an additional 5 miles each way. My purchase experience with Redwood City Porsche was a joy thanks to my sales associate Sam Pham. I always look forward to my next drive!

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

Great car. Has everything you can think of. Sad because it didn't come with a moon roof and no place to put my sunglasses at.

Came in for my annual service and also one concern, found water coming in on the driver’s side floor from the rain. Tonya kept in communication with me what was going on and how long it would take. She is one to go above and beyond and I love that. She is very professional and personable. I am glad she is my service person, she makes coming in a pleasure. I am a big Porsche enthusiast and this place's showroom is full of gems. Dealership was clean and very nicely kept up. I was greeted by Samuel Chocholac and he was super hospitable!
