Been a Porsche owner for over 20 years. Service has had some ups n downs. It's been "up" for some time now. Matt is the best Service tech they've ever had (maybe second to Gary....the first). He's engaged, proactive, communicative, great depth of knowledge.

This is my 3rd purchase from this Dealership, every time I have been there for a purchase or services, they are Very professional customer service with an excellent knowledge.

Best SUV I could have ever purchased. it was great right when i walked into the show room with my trade and buying my new car. it was an easy smooth process from John the salesman and Eddie from finance made everything easy to understand and drive off with my new car.

I recently leased a Lexus NX from George Thomas at DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. George was professional, patient, and transparent throughout the process. He made sure I understood every detail and helped me find a deal that made sense without any pressure. Recently, I experienced the unfortunate event of getting a flat tire while traveling with my senior citizen mother and two Chihuahuas. We were nearing the end of a four-hour journey to visit my college student daughter. The tire had a tear in the sidewall. Although I had a spare tire, it had a “plug” in it, and I didn’t have the necessary tools to change the tire because they had been removed from my vehicle. It was around 5:15 p.m. on a Friday night. My first call was to AAA, but I was informed that I needed to text them due to an extended wait time. I then called Land Rover Roadside Assistance, where the agent explained that a tow truck driver could assist me in about two hours. They advised me to leave my vehicle where it was and put the key in the glovebox. However, given the situation, sitting by the highway for two hours was not an option. I next called Uber, but they informed me of their no-dog in cars policy. My final call was to Land Rover Fort Myers on S. Tamiami Trail. A very pleasant receptionist answered, and I explained my situation. She asked me to hold on, and then Albert Sammelian picked up the call. He mentioned that the porters had already finished for the day, but he would find someone to help me. Albert drove to my location with Paul Vaccari and brought me a loaner vehicle. I was genuinely amazed that they went out of their way to assist us in such difficult circumstances. It was Friday evening, late, and they probably had better things to do after a long day. Their kindness and helpfulness exceeded my expectations, and they truly went above and beyond in helping a customer. Did I mention that my car was also repaired in less than 24 hours? This is an amazing dealership with remarkable people.

I had a great experience with the service department at AutoNation, especially with Rolf Wick. He was highly professional, communicated everything clearly, and followed up with the additional estimate I requested. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality of the car service and appreciate the great customer care.

Love Love Love my 2021 Macan Turbo - It tracked almost as good as my 2019 Boxster GTS. (Within a couple seconds). Tech features are great - love the PCM (Radio Module - easy carplay and works well). Very comfortable suv smooth riding. Seems very reliable so far. 15k miles so far.

This is a different car buying experience. The sales reps are on a different level of customer service. Makes you want to drive a porsche for life just for the service.

Quiet ride, better fuel economy than on window sticker. Center console controls are mind boggling. More storage nooks would be helpful. Owner's manual in 8 point type not very helpful.

I bought my truck from Joe Russo. He is amazing. Andy was my Service Advisor for this maintenance - clearing Rear Locker, BSM and ABS codes. He was great -took care of me in a timely manner and was very professional and polite. The techs did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the service and the team.

Great car. Has everything you can think of. Sad because it didn't come with a moon roof and no place to put my sunglasses at.

One of the most fun cars I have ever driven. The acceleration and handling are on another level than the X5M or X3M. It’s also practical and looks extremely sharp. Infotainment could be better - the PDK is lightening fast though. Exhaust tone is amazing. I can go on and on.

Driving where speed limits are not really important ,having owned 928 ,turbo,gt3,this car is perfect for everyday driving FAST! I like to compare to a nice pair of Italian shoes… Fyi 150 kmh is normal driving and not just in highways !
