The gentleman that helped my wife and I was Lawson.It was without a doubt the smoothest transition for Car leasing that I have ever experienced.This is without a doubt no exaggeration whatsoever had it not been that I locked all three of my credit scores and had to argue with the credit companies to open them up for them to have the ability to check my credit prior to getting the lease I would???ve been done with the entire process in less than an hour and a half. For me that is completely unheard of. I spent the last lease for four hours in the dealership, completely unacceptable.At Tofel Mercedes this was absolutely not the case they were 100% professional, and to the point, I totally appreciate the no BS approach to acquiring a leasing vehicle. For me there???s nothing worse than being miss led by the sales person only to find out what was promised can???t be done at the end. This never happened one time with Lawson, quite an exceptional sales man. In addition to that all the employees of the corporation were wonderful, helping my wife understand how to work the equipment on the new vehicle explaining the options that she had it was quite remarkable. I am extremely grateful for their professionalism and I will definitely be using them again in the future.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
My husband passed away 2 months ago. I was left with 2 cars I've never been comfortable with (too big for my taste) & not a lot of money. Always a first class experience. If someone wants to teach their employees about customer service they could ask each one to visit Bluegrass.. notice how they are greeted, treated and otherwise the vibe of the entire place. Not your daddy's dealership .
Customer service was horrible, went in for car valued no1 to be find except receptionist. Wait about 40min for service then Check my 2006 911 turbo 27000 mileage. didn’t give a quote, told me they will call me for the price but never did I have to call 4 time and still receive no return call. So try to come in again this time got a quote but only trying to sell me a different car. I didn’t want another car. So I agree to sell the car instead when it come down to paper work to sell it, mr. no call back (randy) is not there told me to come back or they will call. Guess what? They never call so I call and ask if y’all don’t wanted it just tell me stop wasting each other time. But wasing 5 days with them.
